This is the second time I’ve tried to get labs done here in the afternoon. The first time I came after they were closed, 4:15 pm. Fair enough, times are posted on the door. Today I got there at 3:45 pm and waited, inside for 5 minutes before two women came to the desk to tell me they were closed. I said«it isn’t even 4 yet!» They said we just finished our last patient. They refused to draw my labs or even see what they were or how urgent they were. That’s just lazy. If you take your last patient at 3:30, you should say that. Not that you close at 4! I realize that there is a process but they just wanted to go home.

Made the mistake of accompanying an older family member to this Quest location for their lab tests associated with their Welcome to Medicare screenings. 1st visit was uneventful on a weekday morning. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Had to bring back a sample that had to be in an cardboard envelope. I sent my aunt in at 355pm. She comes right back out and tells me that they wouldn’t take the package as they were«closed». I go back in to try to plead her case at 358pm and the three ladies inside already had their purses on their shoulders and I was told of the same, that they were closed. When I noted that it wasn’t 4pm yet, I was told that they have shutdown the computers and that I can just drive the package to the post office. I asked for their names and I was arrogantly given one intending to notify quest. But, why should I? Quest should know when they’re being short-changed by their own employees. I wonder how are other folks treated here, most especially the Senior Citizens when they go by themselves. What goes around, comes around. I’m sure that a throrough audit by Corporate or even Medicare would be a nice welcome for them.

Jenna made me feel at ease with her professional manner and answered my question without making me feel dumb for asking. This location always seems to be fast and accurate:). Thanks Jenna!

My only concern is that they never asked to see my ID to verify I an who I say I am. They just took the paperwork from my hands and let me go in and give blood. I think especially when it comes to medical things, ID’s should be checked for everything. Other then that, I did not wait long, they were pleasant and chatty. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

These people are great. They’re friendly and fast. I went in about a month ago and a Guy by the name of Johnny helped me. He was extremely professional & got me in ASAP and provided excellent customer care. The staff of women are great too! Just make sure before you leave, you get a survey card. The card has a barcode, the person who helped you, and a corporate number. The more people fill these cards out, whether they be good or bad: THEBETTERTHESERVICEWILLREMAIN. They know me for some reason too: perhaps it’s because I’m an Advertising major? Advertising works wonders for huge corporations, especially through social media. This place is awesome. They never keep me waiting & are extremely fast. Great job guys! And thanks Johnny R. :)
