Omar Ziad – State Farm Insurance Agent

I wish i could give this office ZERO STARS!!! The general insurance is not bad. Its this fucking office that killed it for me!!!
So i got reffered to omar by my car dealer seemed quick and easy, and it was till I had to add on my second car. Omar said yes no problem gave me a quote. I set up automatic payments for my first auto on my policy. So when it came to adding on the second car I had to go into the office and pay. Which wasnt an issue till the idiots they have in the office have no idea wth they are doing. So an hour and two phone calls later I thought my second car was added on and everything was current.
Till noemi calls me saying my car ISNT ON THE POLICY AND I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!
Wtf is wrong with these people??? These guys need to get the hell out of the gym and get there heads out of there asses and focus on there clients policy’s!!! ITS RIDICULOUS!!!
Omar doesnt give a shyt about his clients! He just wants to fill his quote!
If it wasnt for this office i would keep my insurance with state farm, I filed a claim with them because someone hit my car. Customer service was great competent and compasionate. But u have to deal with these idiots! So i do not recommend them ever! Go anywhre else but here. Or yes get statefarm but DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! This office is crap

Do not do business here. This location has caused nothing but problems and completely messed up my policy. They have poor customer service and do not follow up on there word it seems the price changes with the different agents, unacceptable.

Best agency in the Tracy area. The team was very friendly and welcoming, and bundled my policies for additional discounts.

Just recently switched to state farm after being with farmers forever. Justin was very informative and helped explain everything to give us the best coverage at a good price. Thanks again

Came here to get new auto insurance, moved on from progressive because it was waaaaaay too expensive.
Spoke to Justin and he was very awesome and talked to me like I wasn’t just any ordinary customer and didnt only want my business.
He got me a GREAT deal and was very attentive to what coverages I needed and what I didn’t.
I would come to this statefarm for anything you need as far as insurance. Plus the office is really pretty.

I have been a customer of State Farm for over 14 years, originating in Tucson AZ then moving to Tracy CA. Every agent has been great. I have worked with Veronica over the past 7 years since my move to Tracy and she has been Awesome! Anytime I’ve had a problem, a change, a question she’s right on top of it and gets the job done immediately! She made all difference in my move to California and setting up our insurance needs here. Mr. Ziad has recently taken the policy over after Terry retired and I couldn’t be happier with him as well. He’s very approachable, takes the time to know his clients and is helpful with all your insurance needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance!
