Since I never heard back from you and it’s been over two weeks since you cancelled on us and never tried to make amends.
I think it was very unprofessional to cancel the day of a scheduled couples massage, after following up the day before. Especially since it was Valentine’s Day at that, knowing we wouldn’t be able to schedule with anyone else. It is sad that to this day, you have not contacted us to apologize.
