I have been a licensed California Realtor® since 1998 with an extensive background in contract and disclosure law, negotiations, financing, and local market knowledge and experience.

Real Estate is a unique and challenging business. It is a balance of truly understanding the needs of our clients, as well as being experts in the area market and strategies necessary to negotiate the very best transaction possible. This kind of understanding comes from experience. I have worked extensively in the sales, administration and contract aspect of this business since 1998 and take great pride in the relationships that I have built throughout the years.

I have lived in the Central Valley area since 1987, when my young family settled in Tracy, CA. Now, my husband John and I are basking in the glory of being blessed with four grand angels who all remain in the Tracy area. As you can imagine, this community is the heart of my life and I have committed to providing excellence in service to the community. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

It is always an honor to have the opportunity to work with people in helping them to reach their real estate goals.
