We saw her take this responsibility seriously throughout the process, from the list price she suggested, to the improvements she suggested (and the more expensive ones that she did NOT advise us to undertake), to the way she kindly dealt with extra work created by the relocation service we were using … In every way it was clear that she was working to help us maximize the equity we would have upon completing the sale, while also selling it as quickly as possible. And with her knowledge of the market in Tracy she did just that, pricing it perfectly for a quick sale while also getting us more for the home than we thought possible.
