Karen has been a resident of Tracy since 1983. A graduate of Tracy High School she has two sons and has been married for over 15 years. She prides herself in her community and loves to help tenants find their new home. Owners are always pleased with Karen’s extent of network and contacts in the community.

Just like anything else I procrastinated long enough to advertise my house for rent. In the last moments I talked to few property managers and decided to go through Karen Jordan. It was a short notice to rent out my house but Karen did it so skillfully and quickly that it was too real to believe. Not only my house was rented out in two weeks but it was done very professionally. She was very thorough in every step and made sure that it was all transparent to me. I would definitely conduct business with her in the future and recommend her to my friends.

Let me start by saying that it’s pretty rare you encounter angels in life. Karen is one of them. She has been one of the best professional that I have ever worked with. You text her, you get a response immediately. If there is a work to be done on the property, it gets done without you realizing, in the most efficient way. Rarely do you come across someone who gets things done before you even mentioning it. I have truly been blessed. I wish she expanded her working area so that I could give her my other properties to take care off. If I could, I would have given 10 stars to this utterly proffessional, honest and trustworthy lady.

So my fiancé and I relocated to Tracy CA. This was a big move for us but, working with Karen was a blessing. I knew after our first email exchange that she was a true professional that loved what she did. She is a great communicator, and very consistent.
From start to finish she considered us and our position. But get this, she even helped us work with the owner to get into our place sooner that anticipated. We were living in a hotel after days on the road, so that was a major weight off our shoulders.
I’m glad I was led to her website and she was my first introduction to Tracy CA. I would gladly do business with her again, as a tenant or owner. Give HBR a try you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I relocated to the area from Florida. Prior to meeting Karen we were having an extremely difficult time finding a property that we felt comfortable with. Other realtors were either not following through with us, or just didn’t have a sense of urgency. Once we found Karen our luck did a complete 180. She showed us a property and we were done looking any further. The house we are renting is perfect for our family. Thank you Karen, you rock!

Karen was extremely helpful in our search for a property in Stockton. I had a very limited amount of time in which to find a property to move my family to from Los Angeles and very specific requests. Karen spent a great deal of time making sure that my time was spent efficiently, handled all the time-​consuming details of back-​and-​forth communications and requests with the owners, and expedited the paperwork so that everything was in place on time. If/​When it is time to move or buy a property and I am within the area she serves, she will be the only one I call.
