Dila Furniture & Mattress

This was my first experience with non-​Ikea furniture shopping and I thought it went very well. The price ranges for the individual furniture items were about average, however many of the furniture came in sets (which made it more affordable). Our set included a love-​seat + three seater + two side tables + coffee table + two lamps. And with the tables/​lamps, we were given the option to swap out for table/​lamps included in other sets, as long as they were at the same price range.
The salesperson — I never caught his name — I felt he was helpful and accommodating, definitely not car salesman pushy. He even moved furniture around for us so I could see how it looked together completely. Payment was super quick — maybe 15 minutes — compared to the hour we spent at Home Depot buying our fridge/​washer/​dryer.
At the end, he let us know that we would be contacted within two weeks for delivery. And the delivery price includes assembly. We were given a call within those two weeks to schedule the delivery time/​day. We scheduled, however they happened to be in the area the day before the scheduled date, and I happened to be home, so we got the furniture earlier.
Delivery went well, and our couches are even more comfortable than they were on the showroom floor.
We had checked out Homelife and a couple of other bigger named furniture companies prior to this, but I would work with Dila again over any other chain furniture company. The deals are more flexible and the service is better. Our next purchase will be patio furniture — it’s not held on the floor, however I will be paying them a visit to take a look at the catalog.

We were looking for a couch as ours had run is life course. We went to a few furniture stores to find our newest couch and ended at Dila’s. We were met by Soco, who was extremely helpful and humble. She was not the typical furniture sales person that reminds you that they are there to help and watches your every move out of the corner of their eyes. She let us roam comfortably and assisted when we needed some extra help deciding. She was very honest and even said this couch is lesser quality than that one but that they had good quality for any budget. We spoke easily with her and she made us feel very comfortable in our decision. The couch was just delivered and the movers were very helpful and respectful of our home while in it. We’re very happy with our purchase and can’t wait to lay back and enjoy it. Oh and the couch we got had a new feature that we weren’t aware of which was rear speakers and a subwoofer Bluetooth in it. Very discreet looking but the added benefit of music from our couch! Nice!. Look them up folks.

Sales floor was well equipped with sizable choices. Had that typical middle aged sales guy pitching in with his usual tag line of «has been in this business of furniture sales since last 20 years n I know everything» but if you showcase your research talent surely can get around their ego n make them work for u. Wanted to get a sectional from Ashley but this guys 20 yrs experience couldn’t fetch any desired results, so we gave it a skip.
