I had gotten my AC unit looked at by 2 really nice and professional gentlemen. They were very knowledgeable and they walked me through every step of their trouble shooting process. 2 weeks after I had my AC unit fixed by Dells, my unit stopped working and I was afraid I was going to have to wait several days before someone was available to come check it out. But I called this morning and within an hour of me calling, 2 repair techs were at my door. And my AC was back and running within minutes. I would definitely go back to Dells for any AC unit problems.

I can only add to the excellent ratings given to Dell. I called on a failed air conditioner and they were able to come within 12 hours. Sean and Zach were the service providers. Both were neat and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away and then checked other components. Quite frankly I am putting them on my list for heating and air. Top quality service and professional handling.

Of course my AC broke down on the hottest day of the week. Upon reading the Unilocal reviews, I contacted Dell’s. They were booked until next week but Dell was kind enough to walk me through some steps over the phone to see what the problem might be. He also was willing to sell me the part if I was able to remove the run cap and drive to their location in Tracy. He then gave me his cell phone number and said he would walk me through the process over the phone of switching it out. That kind of dedication made me a loyal customer already!
When it became apparent that (sadly, yes) I was helpless when it came to tools, I became desperate. I had a bedridden family member I couldn’t move and a 2 yr old. Getting us all out of house until the AC was fixed was not very realistic.
Dell saved my life! He offered to squeeze me in and have one of his guys stop by my place on the way back from another service appointment.
They arrived within just a couple hours and just in time as my house temp was now hot enough to bake a turkey. They were professional, knowledgable, thorough, quick, and the price was unbeatable.
I am so grateful for the service I received yesterday. I am amazed by the way Dell and his team dedicated themselves to helping others out of a jam. They could have easily turned me away as most other businesses would if they were slammed. But not Dell’s. Because of this, they have my business for life. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends, and fellow Unilocalers out there!

My ac went out on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year! My landlord called dells and they came out the same day and fixed it in 10 minutes! Super good customer service they had the part we needed in the truck with them and just fixed it and were on their way. Highly recommend!

Zac, service technician, called me back the same day that I called and scheduled an appointment to look at my air conditioning unit the next day. He was polite, prompt and knowledgeable. He cleaned the unit, checked to make sure all the components were working, and checked that it had Freon. The cost for service was $ 75.00 and so worth it. I feel fortunate to have found my «AC Guy» for future cleanings and repairs. Thanks Zac!!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Wonderful to find there are honest and extremely competent and professional owners and technicians who truly care and deliver such fantastic service. My AC was not working and the weather was extremely HOT. Dell scheduled me right away for a service call and within minutes of arriving the technicians discovered the problem and resolved the issue. Not only did they replace the malfunctioning component but identified another component that would have gone out shortly after. I had a lot of questions and the technicians answered everyone of them. Man, I wish all companies and technicians were as professional, helpful and courteous as Dell’s Heating and Air! GO Dell!!!

Amazing service. My AC broke last Friday. I thought it would need to be replaced as it’s 15 years old. I called Dell’s and another well known company. Other Co answered the phone but told me it’s a 2 week wait, to go online and send an email. Dell’s came out the same afternoon, early, and replaced a bad run cap. Price was very fair and service was priceless. Told me I had some life left on the olé AC even though I was expecting to pay for a new one. Very professional courteous service from Shane! He even came back later that afternoon to make sure the upstairs fan was working/​cooling properly. I will only use Dell’s from now on. Highly recommend.

I had my ac turn off every 10 seconds and pause for 5 minutes for the past 3 years. I have tried several technicians, changed motors, leak checked, freon filled but nothing changed the way it acted. Finally I called zack from dell to fix a nest thermostat common wire and he fixed the ac problem in few seconds. I am amazed at the result. Now the ac runs continuously. He said he just took off the zone max sensor from the zone board because it was tripping ac to shut off. Very polite, respectful, knowledgeable young men doing their job right. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Great service from Dell. My rental property’s AC started blowing warm air. I called Dell from work and he was able to send a technician with in an hour to take care of the problem. The capacitor and the fan had failed. Both were replaced without me having to be there. The tenant is happy.

It takes more than mere good service to impress me. It takes excellence, working efficiently, conscientiously, honestly, with interpersonal skills of kindness and consideration. I got all that from Dell’s.
But the owner goes one step further by giving back to the community in that he trains teens of good character with skills that will carry them throughout their life. The technician that actually did the work started with Dell’s when he was 15 or 16 (per the owner). The owner (Delmis Fernandez) personally trained the young man. He (Zach) is now in his early 20’s and really impressed me. When I spoke to Del afterwards, he mentioned that he had also taken on a young 16 year old years ago who is now, at 28, moving on to pursue his own dreams of being a fire fighter. To Del: Well done sir! I hope you continue to find good candidates that represent your company with the highest integrity.

I have been using Dells Heating and Air for all my heating and air conditioning problems since 2006. He has installed 3 full units in a couple of my rental properties as well as my primary home. The first unit I installed I called 3 different bids to make sure I was getting the best price and Dell was by far the best at communicating and the best price. After bidding it out the first time I realized I didnt need to do that anymore and «worry» whether I was getting a good price. Dell had earned my trust and from then on I just call him for any of my Heating/​Air needs. I have also called him last minute for emergency repairs and he always come thru. He is honest, hard working, and will always explain the reasoning behind the work and his recommendations. I highly recommend him and he has very reasonable fees as well!

I found these guys on Unilocal,and boy was I impressed.
I spoke to Dell yesterday and he scheduled my appointment for this morning between 9 and 10, yes the technician arrived on time.
The guys name was Mike, he was friendly and courteous. Once he got to the furnace, it took him maybe 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. Even though my heater was old, he had the part in his truck, no need to order anything. He replaced the part, answered my questions on maintenance and gave me some advice on how to keep it running until i will need a new one, which i know will be sometime soon, it’s over 20 years old. All this in less than 45 minutes.
