Ace Auto & 24 Hour Towing

I locked my keys in the car. I called to have them come out and unlock the car, I was quoted $ 150.00! That’s insane. Most vehicle unlocks only take a few minutes in the right hands. Won’t be calling them again!

I can’t say enough great things about Jim Neal with Ace Towing. He was very nice and very concerned about taking car of my car. Defintely helped keep me calm in a bad situation

I was is a severe car accident last week, and Ace Towing handled site clean up and vehicle transport. CHP inventoried my belongings retrieved from the crash site, which included a bag of medications. Apparently that bag didn’t make it back to the tow yard. When I called to follow up, the woman I spoke with yelled at me on the phone, and said it probably blew out of the vehicle, and they have no responsibility to retrieve it. Considering that this woman purported to be the owner of this establishment, I’m surprised she was so rude to me. I feel that a more appropriate response would have been to politely apologize if something was missing, and explain that there was nothing more that they could do, rather than adopting a defensive and condescending attitude and screaming at me.

We have used ACE several times for both towing and repairs. Every time they did a professional job. I recommend ACE as a 5 star company!

Ill start off by saying that they do not only care about business, they care about their customers. Its hard to come across genuine people in this world and God as my witness Ace towing owners have such good hearts. Our 95 Honda was stolen on a Saturday and was picked up by ace towing the following day. When we went to check it out the married couple/​owners helped us out in many ways. Efficient service with great attitudes. Can’t get better than that.
