Williams Sonoma is a place for«foodies,» gadget collectors and cooks of all levels. While I doubt anyone needs a stainless steel asparagus steamer, there is something for almost everyone; heirloom cutlery or tableware, prepackaged goods, accessories and more. Their approach to customer service tends to be hands-on and personal. Many staff members are knowledgeable and friendly; some are current or former restaurant professionals who, if you will pardon the pun, bring years of relevant experience to the table. If one is on the email list there are additional perks: special sales, intermittent discount codes, advanced notice of new stock or upcoming events. Williams Sonoma also hosts a number of cooking workshops, technique classes and book events to keep your skills and knives sharp.

You know what makes a store great? Staff that has wonderful customer services with an enthusiasm for the items they sell. Alex at this location is the kind of employee that will make you loyal to a store. My friend and I wandered in to pick up one item I needed, but ended up leaving with a few more because of the excitement Alex oozed. The actual store is a basic WS, chock full of things you didn’t even know you needed, plus lots of gadgets and pretty things. Alex is what makes this one stand out.

Really bad customer service, no one in the store said hello or even smiled. I went there for return and the staff seemed annoyed by me or something. It wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know why they had to be so unfriendly. Store is smaller than other WS in the area, and although it is convenient to go there(it’s in the mall so you can run other errands as well) I would rather go to a different store where I get better customer service.

This store is always well merchandised especially during the holidays. Yeah for Peppermint Bark and Hot Chocolate. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable and seem to care about the customers. Super convenient since it is near a mall entrance. Overall great place to get everything you need to cook and serve food. Yes, it’s pricey, but you’ll get the latest and greatest, too.
