The Dentist was great. Staff was professional, attentive, friendly and skilled. The facility was clean and state of the art. There was a short wait time. Really no complaints on the cleaning or quality of work. The only problem is they dropped METLIFE as a premier provider. All this means is that got too expensive and wanted to charge more than the amount METLIFE reimburses for. In my mind when this happens either a Dentist bought expensive gadgets they can’t pay for or got greedy. All on all I will not be back unless they go back with METLIFE. My other huge compliant is I was billed for $ 200+ when my cleaning should have been 100% covered. I called and the office made a mistake. That is a HUGE error. How many other people did they bill and collect money on that was actually a mistake. I recommend this dentist if they take your insurance, but check your bills very closely. Mistakes happen, but that kind of stuff will make patients leave.
