I walked in and was the only customer. All I needed was a sheet of post card stamps. What I got was an earful of a personal conversation the post office employee was having on the phone. She was standing at the counter staring at me while she was carrying on her personal conversation. When she prompted me to speak(with her ear still to the phone), I attempted to speak but then was met with her index finger raised at me telling me to stop attempting to speak. I dont even know why I bothered since I knew she couldnt listen and talk to two people at the same time. The lady finally ended her phone conversation when a line of 5 people had formed behind me. Needless to say I’ve had better experiences at the post office. If only the post office could realize the reason why their business is failing to meet their competition is because of poor customer service.
