Richard’s Body & Fender Repair

I recently bought a Mustang badly in need of a new paint job and it seems harder than hell to find any body shop that is willing to paint the whole car. Why? I don’t know.
I find a place in Towson that has a page on its site dedicated to auto painting, and I will quote from that page:

When I called a woman answered and said that they don’t repaint entire cars. When I told her that the website says differently she became hostile with me and very rude. She said «Well I’m the owner sir, and I’m telling you we don’t paint entire cars.» A woman answering the telephone both times I called is the owner of the company that is named «Richard’s Body Shop. So I asked her «You’re the owner of Richard’s Body Shop?» She said «Yes, do you have a problem with that?»
Immediately that set off my problem radar. I simply ask because she is not someone who is named Richard and she implies I’m being sexist, then she asked why I am arguing with her, to which I hung up the phone.
She also told me that someone must be lying and put false information on the Internet. Here is their site, a link to the exact page I’m talking about:

This woman was incredibly rude to me and quite honestly I know painting an entire car costs like $ 3000+ I am not going to hand my beloved car over along with several thousand dollars to someone who is incredibly rude herself and sexist, oh sorry, I mean feminist.
Sorry not gonna happen. Learn some people skills lady.

I almost don’t want to tell people about this place because it is so good and because it is already busy, but I want them to be around forever more than I want them all to myself so here’s my review. I’ve been there three times with two cars with things as simple as cosmetic bumper repair (which they did for free in 10 mins) to as complex as a totally new rear axel and doors and cosmetic work to go with it. They are the most professional and fair priced company in greater Baltimore let alone in auto repair. If you go somewhere else you will have a sub par experience. I brought them presents last time I picked up my car. no lie.

Went here to get an estimate for work on my car. Everyone from the office to the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Mark– really nice guy. He took a look at my car and was very helpful with explaining what the issue was. He told me it wasn’t worth paying for him to fix it up, but gave me the number for another company that could help me out. Very friendly, very helpful, would definitely bring my business here in the future.
