I used to love treating myself to Papa John’s every now and then but recently they got new managers and the quality of the pizzas and the times they took to be prepared has plummeted and I can’t eat from them anymore.

Plays advertisements to you over the phone while waiting for dispatcher, first dispatcher said they couldn’t get my card to work, another dispatched did get the card to work. when the driver got here he was acting very twitchy and he had forgotten the soda we had ordered. Pretty lame.

Good pizza. Great customer service. We always order online and pick up instead of order at the store. Never a long wait. Only con is that parking sucks!

Good pizza. Very quick service — I needed pizza for 25 people and it was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. Small parking lot available for takeout customers. Nice and clean inside, kitchen is 100% visible to customers and all looked well!
