At Optimum Performance Physical Therapy, LLC, we specialize in orthopedics, sports medicine, and vestibular rehabilitation. We treat sprain/​strains, post-​operative procedures, dizziness (vertigo), light headedness, workman’s compensation and injuries from car accidents. Customized orthotics are made on-​site to treat ankle/​foot, knee, hip and back pain. Modalities such as electrical stimulation (TENS), ultrasound, GameReady, spinal decompression, ice and heat are used to decrease pain and discomfort.

After treating patients in the greater Baltimore region for more than 13 years. Optimum Performance Physical Therapy, LLC, was created to provide the highest quality of care to a diverse population in a safe, happy, and caring environment. Our focus is the patient, individualized care by a licensed providers, and in conjunction with the patients physicians.

Business Owner

Jeff has been treating patients in the Baltimore area for more than 13 years. Jeff specializes in orthopedics, and vestibular rehabilitation, and sports medicine. The biggest compliment to Jeff is being referred friends and family members. Certified as an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist, Strength and conditioning Specialist, every patient receives a thorough and comprehensive evaluation before treatments begin. As a national lecturer for the world’s largest fitness company and a published author on many injuries, Jeff takes pride in explaining the possible causes of a patient’s pain or discomfort.
