STOP! Don’t shop here if you want quality! Cute things decent customer service but before i took the tag off of an item it was broken. The company has a no return policy so save your money and shop elsewhere

So here’s the deal, my husband bought me a pair of rain boots for Christmas from Laila Rowe at Towson Town center. They were brown paisley cowboy rainboots. I went to exchange them because my husband had gotten me a size to small. I looked around when we got there to see if they had another pair in my size. I didn’t see any in that style so I asked the sales lady if they had anymore and she said no. She then called and checked another location and they didn’t carry them. So I told her I would like to return the boots and get my money back, she said they couldn’t give my husband a credit on his charge card and that I would receive a store credit. The store credit is only redeemable in store, not online. So I asked if I could have the store credit put on a gift card so I could spend it online if necessary, I was also told NO, which makes no sense! If the only item I am willing to purchase is not available in store’s or online I want my money back!!! I don’t like their gaudy jewelry or their faux fur crap! Needless to say, I will not shop there ever again and will continue to post my negative experience anywhere I see fit!
