I spent quite a bit of time traveling up to JH Fertility Center. It is difficult to really assess a center if you have not been successful there, however, I can say this: 1. The communication is very poor. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone, even the front desk. The nurses could answer rudimentary questions only and you rarely have a lot of experience with them. 2. I found Dr. Garcia to be responsive over email, but could rarely fully ask my questions and get a satisfying response. 3. When you go in for monitoring, which is very regularly, you typically see multiple doctors over your course. I never felt like I was«known»…maybe right at the end. 4. My treatment plan, of which I was told there was an 85% chance of success, did not work for me. So I am not sure if that number was inflated, or if I was in the 15%. I had quite a commute to get up there and all in all, although I can say that I exhausted that option, I think that the communication problems would deter me from suggesting this place to anyone else.
