I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with dentists, but Jason is the absolute best. Everyone is friendly, especially Dr. Smithberger. He’ll give you advice that’s tailored to your lifestyle.
After my first visit, an emergency dental fix, he called to follow up the next day to see how I was feeling. On my second visit, he remembered my home town and asked about it.
Can’t say enough about him– great guy and great dentist! I’m leaving Towson in a few weeks and am truly sorry I can’t take this office with me!

Wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Smithburger is awesome. I loathe going to the dentist just like about everyone else. I have a fear of numbing injections in my mouth from when I was a kid I had to get some teeth pulled due to overcrowding, I felt every pinch. I never felt one pinch or burn from Dr. Smithburger! Keep up the great work!!!

I had seen Dr. Smithberger’s office years ago, and when I obtained the insurance they accept, once again– I immediately went back here. I never threw out their business card because this place is very friendly, he is a great dentist, they explain everything, you don’t feel rushed, you don’t feel like «just another patient», and I feel comfortable to ask a million questions if I’m curious about something. :) They really are a great office and team.

I just switched dentists and have to say after one visit I am extremely impressed with the office staff and Dr. Smithberger.
Both are very professional and personable. The office is very clean, the equipment and technology are modern, they had TVs in the exam rooms and plenty of things to keep children occupied in the waiting room.
I had a more challenging root canal, and I couldn’t have had a better experience thus far. Dr. Smithberger even called a few days afterwards to make sure I was doing well. Unheard of level of service! And, the staff seems very competent in processing paperwork.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The dental hygienists are great. I’ve had cosmetic procedures done in addition to routine check ups and I’ve never had any issue with him or the staff. Probably the most comfortable dentist environment I’ve ever experienced. I’ve also referred numerous friends/co-workers to Dr. Smithberger and they all rave about him, too. If you’re looking for a new dentist, or looking to switch, I highly recommend him.
