History

Established in 1994.

Carol Haislip and Cathleen Hanson founded this business. Cathy was a college professor of communications and Carol was an executive with a major financial institution prior to starting this business. The business offers programs for children aged four through adult. We do programs at our site or we travel to sites throughout the country to offer programs at client sites.

Business Owner

Carol spent almost 20 years working for a major financial institution in the Baltimore area. She ran a training program for a number of years in which individuals coming out of school or making a career change, spent 18 months learning the job and making contacts throughout the institution. Carol was then in sales, calling on companies throughout the area to sell a variety of financial services. Finally, Carol also spent time in Human Resources doing training development. All of these experiences taught her that it was strong social skills that truly set one individual apart from another and led her to start her current company.
