1994

e4e Healthcare Business Services was formed by a group of oncologists based in State College, PA as their captive operational center.

2000

The Company was transformed through a fresh capital infusion and expanded its services to other medical billing companies and TPAs in the U.S. As a result, the company grew its employee strength to approximately 800 in Chennai, India, while investing heavily on developing rigorous process controls, in systems & software platforms and in information security.

2006 to Present

In 2006, e4e Inc. acquired Nittany Decision Services. Today, with over 19 years of U.S. healthcare services experience, e4e continues its strong legacy and proven track record of delivering tangible value to its healthcare clients in the United States.
