We opened our doors in September of 2010 and have been recruiting top talent ever since. Our primary focus is in the Consumer Durable Goods marketplace, but we also have a sub-specialty of Technical jobs in the Catawba Valley area.

Paul began recruiting in 1999 with Management Recruiters of Bethlehem, NC, got a great foundation for his recruiting career, worked with an outstanding team, had some good success and then decided to give the business a go on his own. Since 2010, TriPax Resources has been focused on providing solid service to our customers and building long-term relationships with a high level of trust and integrity.
