Total Access Urgent Care

I got the best emergency care at this place. Friendly and experienced staff. No wait times at all. Highly recommended. Dr. Hinrichs treated me great.

Good, but not worthy of its five star rating. Well, I suppose if you’re just going for a cough or something else minor… I went there twice for a staph infected abscess. The doctor was as kind and gentle as possible considering she was slicing into my nether regions. The problem was she didn’t prescribe me packing and bandages and tell me how and when to change them, which turned out to be important. But it wasn’t just her, the male doctor (the one starring in all the pics, failed to school me/​equip me with the proper tools on my follow up two days later.
Fast forward a couple more days, I’m at a surgeons office to look at a cyst, per the first doctors advice, and the old wound has to be cut deeper and cleaned (meaning more needles and knives), all because of the lack of proper packing and care. Lost four good days of what should have been healing and am now back at square one.

Wait times are almost negligible at this place. Also the staff is pleasant & welcoming. I was treated by Dr. Hinrichs & really liked him. I will go to this place again.

This place is great! Good staff, friendly doctors! I haven’t met a doctor at any location that I didn’t like. If you check in online and have been there before you are taken back to a room right away. Knowledgeable doctors and they always call and follow up on you, my own doctors office doesn’t do that. The doctors actually call. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care over any other Urgent Care in St. Louis.

There’s never a wait here, the staff is super nice, and Dr. Hinrichs is always friendly, helpful, and personable. This is my go to place for everything.

Third time in and all visits were exceptional. Staff was very professional yet friendly and welcoming. Made you feel like they were there for your needs. Doctor Hendricks was the best.

I’ve been to Total Access several times and have always received excellent care. I never wait long and they are quick to respond to my needs. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that I can pick up my medication on site and don’t have to go to a separate pharmacy. They handle worker’s comp claims, too.

This is the third time I have been here with my children and I completely trust them with their care. Dr. Hinrichs is awesome and the whole staff are just amazing! I will definitely be back for care if necessary!

I’ve visited twice. On both occasions, I was seen quickly. The staff was helpful and courteous. I received excellent medical care and the process was super easy. It was also handy to receive the prescriptions onsite; I appreciated not having to wait at the pharmacy.

I have had a bad cough for almost a month. I called my regular internist who was off for the weekend and the on call doctor asked me to call back on Monday and schedule an appt. Not the answer I was looking for. I had seen the sign for Total Access as I drive by their office every day.
I was greeted with kindness and professionalism and quickly led to a private room. It only took a few minutes before the first nurse came in collected my vitals and medical history. A few minutes later, the doctor appeared, not a PA. He listened to my symptoms, examined me and suggested I get an X-​ray, which was taken right there. After the X-​rays revealed I had acute bronchitis, he prescribed, a steroid shot and follow up medicine. I could have bought the medicine right on the spot, but they are not a pharmacy and my insurance would not cover it. Either way, that was full service.
I appreciated the thoroughness, compassion and completeness of my diagnosis and my treatment. Now I don’t have to wait until Monday to for the same diagnosis.
There is no question I would highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.

I am pleasantly surprised by how efficient everything has been. I registered online (just go to their website) and they had me in a room before I could finish the paperwork. I had vitals done in minutes and X-​rays just a few minutes after that. Everyone was welcoming and caring. They double checked my allergies and didn’t give me something related to my allergies. Good catch. In and out easily within an hour, unheard of in any urgent or «prompt» care I have ever gone to in the past. They are open 8 – 8 everyday of the week and holidays, and I sent a message to Unilocal to fix listed hours which had them closed Sundays. I need medication and they have their own in house pharmacy so I didn’t have to go anywhere else, just there and home.

This place is fantastic! It was my first experience with an Urgent Care facility, but won’t be my last. I went in with debilitating back pain, and the staff was so kind. Adam, the gentleman who evaluated me, even helped me fill out my forms. I was taken back to a room within 30 seconds of walking in the front door. Doc Hinrichs was terrific. Very kind and helped me to make choices in directing my own care. He even gave me his personal phone number in case I had any questions later. The care center was immaculately clean, the rooms new and inviting, the staff professional and compassionate. I will never go to an ER again!

They were very easy to work with and got me in quickly. Every staff member was friendly and they did not waste my time!

My husband is the type who won’t go to the doctor unless he is dying, and on day 3 of a major headache… he was sure he was dying. He stopped in a Take Care Clinic, which immediately directed him to a Total Access due to the length of his headache. He didn’t have to wait long, and by the time I arrived, he was already getting fluids and medication. The doctor diagnosed a sinus infection and we were able to get the medication on site! He also had to get a shot, which was quick and painless. I actually wish they were primary care physicians! They make being sick much more enjoyable…

When you’re a super busy lady, finding businesses that run in an incredibly efficient manner is the BEST. Stopped in here and was in and out WITH a prescription in under 30 minutes. Great doctors, super friendly staff, and unbelievably clean facility. I don’t think anyone will ever enjoy going to the doctor, but this place makes me not completely dread the process. Love you guys!

Checkin was fast and simple, I was taken straight back during a late morning weekday visit. The waiting area and exam room were both clean and modern. The exam room had a tv and I was offered the remote when I entered.
I did not wait long in the exam room, no more than a couple of minutes. The nurse was friendly and easy to talk to, asked very good questions, things that I hadn’t considered could be contributing factors.
Dr. Hinrichs came in after she had finished taking my vitals, again, no more than two minutes later and was also quite friendly and professional. He put me at ease, quickly diagnosed my problem, then prescribed treatment.
The entire visit was around a half an hour. I felt well cared for, it was thorough and informative, not rushed. They followed up by email and phone. Very grateful and will recommend to anyone in the area, nice office, great staff, great doctor.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They seemed genuinely happy to be at work.

Came in with my daughter after she had cut her finger open on a Sunday. Walked right in, greeted by a very friendly lady sitting at the front desk. She got us to a room in a matter of minutes. We were seen by Dr. Adams, and he couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. Very impressed with the care we received and will definitely be back again. After having a not great experience with St. Luke’s Urgent care in Des Peres, it was wonderful to deal with the amazing people at Total Access urgent Care.
