Quest Diagnostics

My doctor sent me to get some blood work, and my insurance will only cover Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. I’ve gone to LabCorp in the past and have had to wait forever, even with an appointment. So, I decided to try Quest and see if it was any better (not to mention that it’s significantly closer to my office).
This location opens at 7:30 am, so I was fortunate to schedule a 7:45 am appointment, so I could stop on my way into the office. I pulled into the parking lot at 7:20, and there were 3 people waiting outside for them to open. So I got out of my car and joined them. They opened the office up at 7:30 and everyone went into the waiting room and signed in. I was the only one who had scheduled an appointment. To my surprise, after about 3 minutes or so, they called my name first. So, the moral of the story, schedule an appointment online before you go, and you get to cut the line!
The woman who called me in was friendly and took my orders from my doctor as well as my insurance information. I was out of the lab by 7:45, and at work by 7:50 am, which was much appreciated. My only complaint was that my arm bruised up a bit from the injection, but otherwise, I was a happy customer.
I will be going to this location for any and all of my blood work in the future.
