This place is terrible! Stay Away! My dog Dexter was there only a couple of times but I will never go there again. I posted a review on her Facebook page about what happened to Dexter when he was there in February her response to me was so disgustingly astounding! This woman has a horrible attitude! There are several reviews here on Unilocal that will tell you the same.
What concerns me the most is if she is treating her own customers like this… how is she treating our pets when they are there alone, without our watchful eye!
I added a picture of Dexter when I wrote the review on her page so that she can see what Dexters infection looks like. Also, I wanted her to know that the vet told me it was caused by unsanitary bathing and grooming conditions. She (the owner) removed it. She replies and starts to accuse me and threaten me. (It is all on her Facebook page if you would like to see it). The woman had the audacity to accuse me of animal neglect! She continued to threaten me by telling me she is going to call the ASPCA on me! It is obvious this woman has no true love for animals. If she did she would know that making an accusation of that magnitude, especially when she does not know us at all, is like telling a mom you are going to call the Department of Youth Services (DYFS) to report child neglect! I can only imagine how many people she has said this to!
You may want to choose this place because it is cheaper than other places… but remember… its cheaper for a reason! For the safety of your pet, (and for your own sanity!) the best choice is to pay the extra 10 bucks and go somewhere else!

I love taking my dog Cooper to Pet Styles. The staff is very professional and they are so sweet to the animals in the salon. You can tell they are true animal lovers and that’s why I feel so comfortable bringing my dog there and would highly recommend them anyone.

We have 4 dogs so grooming and nail cutting is a hassle. I bring my 2 Chihuahua’s her to get their nails cut at least once a month. They always take us as a walk in for nail clipping. We also come in for grooming for them and the others and always by appointment. The staff is nice and they always do a great job. They even put a bandana on the dogs and some doggie cologne when they leave. Great local groomer.

Tried this salon for my little girl on a friend’s recommendation a few weeks back. My first warning should have been that the price was about $ 20 less than her normal haircut — «you get what you pay for» really came into play here. Not sure if the groomer was having an off day, but the haircut was choppy everywhere and it was the worst she’s had in ages (just in time for Thanksgiving, too).
When I expressed concern over the quality upon picking my dog up, the owner was very nasty and tried saying that my little lady was acting up. Her regular groomer does her at my home, so I know for a fact that she behaves well for haircuts. I see now that I should have read some reviews first and that the owner’s attitude is an issue. We will not be returning and hopefully neither will the friend who recommended this place. I gave two stars because my dog at the very least smelled good.

I agree with the other reviewer (their review is not a recommended review, but it gives 1 star)…if you do not have patience for the customer’s animals, perhaps this is not the right career choice.
I took my cat here last year. He has been groomed here multiple before. When I dropped my cat off, the woman who took him was visibly nervous. She then proceeded to tell me that she does not like cats! Um… ok. You work in a pet salon for CATS and dogs. Probably not the best customer service move telling the customer that you are afraid of their cat. I get that not everyone appreciates cats, but still. You are providing a service for this animal. Keep your opinions to yourself.
When I picked up my cat, his lion cut was just being finished. Monika does a great job with the actual grooming. However, she said he was a little rough and if he acts up the next time, she’s going to have to ask us not to return. Again… he is a CAT and you are providing a service. Wear the cat gloves and do your job. He is up to date on his shots and you have a copy of his rabies certificate. Now I’m a little bit peeved, but still happy with the grooming job.
Monika proceeds to tell me that she’s surprised he was nasty, but good thing he doesn’t have claws. To which I reply, «Yes, he has back claws.» Her response…“Oh. I didn’t see them.” So now you just admitted you didn’t do your job thoroughly and did not trim his claws, which should be part of a regular grooming. Thankfully, she trimmed them real quick. I paid, took my animal, and will never return again.

My favorite place to take my little dog! The guy at the front desk is kind and patient, listened to what I wanted, my dog always comes out all clean, fresh, and smells super nice, the price is reasonable, the place is clean and I’m always greeted when I’m there, I’m very pleased. I go place to place to find the best and i think I found it. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Their customer service is excellent! i had to give them a great and deserving review :))

i took my rescue moorkie nugget to go get cut for the first time… monica did an amazing job, what i thought might of ended up being a stressful time for my little nug ended up being surprising good monica and her staff has such a way with animals, and so friendly. prices are good, services is excellent she also dyes dogs too, which i might end up doing soon for the summer. i wouldnt go any where else.5 starts with out a doubt

I took my dog there as a recommendation from a friend and was SUPER please with their work. Heather and Jen have both cut my dogs hair. He is a shitzu/​lhaso mix. He always smells wonderful and is so fluffy. Staff is friendly.
