CEO Rick Forman visited this loc around Jan 2015 as part of «Undercover Boss» & as they always «say» seeing how poorly the store is run he vowed to change everything; well, based on reviews since then it appears to be the usual bs just like the restaurants Gordon Ramsey visits within 6 mos they’re back to their old selves

Forman Mills is terrific if you have a little money and some time to work your way through an enormous store. I can’t think of anyplace that has lower prices for new clothes.

Classic. Stop in to grab a shirt to wear to the Unilocal event tonight. And talking about slow people. Only 6 people in line. There is 2 of the slowest cashiers ever. How does it take you 10 mins to ring up a customer. I guess if the cashier or the line boss can’t work a register. Where’s the greeting or thanks for shopping here. Heck can a customer get a smile and not the frown.
Any way. Clothes on the floor. Workers in corner talking on phone. Does any one care what’s going on here. Used to be a together Forman mills when I speed here couple years ago. now… oh my. Come at your own risk.

Ok so I NEVER write reviews but I just cant deal with this. Lol. So I come here often because the truth is they have really good finds. Of course nothing luxury or high end but if you need some comfy, trendy basics this is a good place to stop first.
Now. The issue I keep seeing is they are either ALWAYS understaff or they purposely hire the slowest, ghetto-​est and sometimes even elderly staff to work here. SATURDAYS are horrible! Lines are always ridiculously long and slow! You would think they’d double up on staff during their high peak days. To give you a good example Im standing in line right now and I counted 9 registers… and they only have 3 people on the registers. This is a warehouse size store! I just dont understand their logic lol.
Its funny because Im in line and Ive heard 3 conversations in reference to what Im currently complaining about. Im sure they can find some high school kids looking for work! Whats the issue?!
Anyway… I hope they work on this bc it sucks when my plan is to run in and run out and then Im stuck here for an extra 25mins just waiting in line!
Come on guys… Lets work on some better strategies to accomodate your customers.

People who work there are do rude. One worker who I asked for assistance walked away and said «no». They need better employees. Great prices.

I would usually shop around the WIllowbrook Mall for clothes, i don’t really like buying clothes online. More often than not, i take a trip to Forman Mills after leaving the mall dissapointed. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of fashions at the mall, but I think the stuff at Mills looks cooler, even without comparing prices. Mills is way cheaper too. If your a dude, go here. How long do you want to wear the same pair of pants? You can buy a real nice pair in the mall that will fade after 5 washes, or go to Mills, buy 3 pairs for the same price.

We just accidently happen to see forman mills and drove in to check out the place. This place is just great to find regular clothing for cheap price. I was surprised by how much the clothes actually cost and the premium other shops take on clothes.
I found some great cardigans, kids clothes, boots and shoes for great prices. Everyone should check this place out.

What a depressing place. It’s a huge warehouse filled with extremely cheap versions of clothing, toys and home goods. If you are hard up for money, please go to WalMart. This place will make you want to kill yourself.
