This place is amazing! Where do I start?! The staff is caring and efficient. The wait time was less than 10 minutes!

As an urgent care they were great. Unfortunately my opinion on Dr. T has changed. I went in on Thursday complaining of high blood pressure and dizziness. He did do am EKG and noticed an abnormality so then we did a 24 hour monitor. On Friday he looked at the results of the monitor and told me the dizziness was due to an inner ear issue and not my heart. He recommended I see a cardiologist «at some point». Well he should have admitted he didn’t know what he was looking at. I went home and called a cardiologist who reviewed the monitor records. The cardiologist told me to immediately go to the ER. I was told I had a very serious problem and was admitted.
Now I don’t expect a family physician to be an expert on any one area but I do expect them to be honest and say where their knowledge is lacking.
Dr. T is a very nice man but I value my health too much to ever return to him.

I love Dr. T and all the staff that works there, they are all very friendly and really care about their patients. I have been there a lot and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, i always recommend them to my family and friends

I am extremely impressed with this facility! I have battled a severe soar throat for several years on and off. I have spots in the back of my throat and all indicators say it’s strep throat; however, I test negative for it. I have gone to numerous urgent cares and they just send me off with advice for some pain killers. This facility took the extra step and tested me for a more rare form of strep throat — and — bingo — that’s what I have! They also prescribed Lidocaine which actually numbs the pain. Chlorasepetic doesn’t do much of anything. I will have to update this with the Dr’s name, but she was the only one to think outside the box! I am so appreciative of this. Today, I have the same sore throat and am going to my primary Dr and I can advise them of this rare strep that I seem to often have. Thanks to them, I finally have an answer!

I will be very sad if I ever move so far that I will not be able to see the amazing kind caring and friendly staff! Dr. Tahsini is… well…there is not a word or group of words that can adequately describe this doctor. He is not only intelligent and very skilled, he is compassionate and kind and friendly and TRULY cares and takes care of his patients. I believe in my heart that he has been blessed by God with the perfect (or nearly so!) combination of intellect and golden heart.

Even though there have been long wait times. I like Dr. T. I will be back to try and stay healthy enough to take care of my family.

Dr. T and his staff are amazing. They are attentive and caring making sure they treat their patients just as though they are family. I found this places years ago when I needed someplace to go after 5pm when most Drs. are no longer open. With the new patient paperwork and consultation I was out of the office in less than 1hrs. I’ve needed medical care many time an although there are many other choices of urgent care facility’s I refuse to go anywhere else but here. Thank you to Dr. T and staff for not only your exceptional service but keeping me well.

I’d had a nasty late night/​all night cough for three weeks and even after antibiotics at my family doctor’s, I still couldn’t shake it. Couldn’t get an appt with my regular doc, so I came here last night (Monday 6÷16÷14) around 6 PM.
The paperwork was lengthy but once I handed it in, there was no waiting. I was taken back to a room by a medical assistant for BP, etc, then put into a room to wait for the MD. I was greeted within about 2 minutes by a PA who was, in my opinion, the equal of any MD I’ve ever seen and I’m over 60, so there have been a few. She was extremely knowledgeable and asked questions while listening to my lungs.
I was given a breathing treatment, then the PA listened to my lungs again, then gave me another breathing treatment. A script for some meds was called into my CVS, so all I had to do was stop by the pharmacy on the way home and pick it up. It’s now 10 AM the next morning and I feel so much better! I didn’t cough the entire night! That PA knew her stuff!
The staff was super pleasant, the office is upscale and clean. I didn’t realize this was also a «regular» doctor’s office – not just an urgent care. If I weren’t moving up to LA in two weeks I’d switch to this practice for regular medical care. Imagine getting a doctor’s appointment in the evening or on weekends!!! Very nice.

I have been having flu like symptoms for over a week which is not normal for me so I called my primary doctor. He could not see me because I had not been to his office for over two years and said that they needed to set me up with a new patient consultation first. I decided to go here instead and had a good experience. Polite and helpful staff, clean office and a reasonable wait time. I brought something to do to pass the time but felt like I kept getting interrupted because of their prompt service. The doctor didn’t seem hurried and took time to understand all of my symptoms before giving advice. I was totally satisfied.

This place is amazing! Clean, new equipment, office staff is super friendly. Wait time has been extremely minimal for the three times I’ve been in. I’d highly recommend this Urgent Care over any of the others in the area

For once, I didn’t Unilocal this place before heading here and unfortunately think I’d look elsewhere next time. I actually was accompanying a friend of mine who was sick and while I was pleasantly surprised they took appointments, we still waited a LONG time for everything.
Appointment was at 230p, checked-​in at 220pm, didn’t get called in to check vitals only until about 250pm, and then waited another 20−30min for the actual doctor to come in! The total time we spent here was nearly 2 hours with probably an 1:15 of it spent waiting!
I was impressed and thought it was cool to see an ALL female staff (girl power!) but really sad to say how disappointed I was. I hope to hear good things in the future to maybe come back.

The wait time here is ridiculous. While they get you back to a room quickly, you then have to wait 45mins-​1hour for someone to come in after that. Meantime– they have 10 different nurses chatting and hanging out. I had to have some blood work done while I was there. They called me several days later stating that I HAD to come in, in order to get the results. I went in for my results, had to wait an hour for the doctor to come in, spend 3 minutes with me– gave me essentially no information– sent me on my way. Then comes a bill in the mail-​they charged me ($ 100) for picking up my results! I have never, ever, had a doctor charge me to get my results back!
Besides the above info, the doctors (I saw two different ones;one for the initial visit, a second to pick up the results) dont seem to be very interested –or maybe just not very knowledgeable– in helping you figure out what is going on with your health. I got the impression you were just a dollar sign.
