Tikkun Skincare

I’ve been getting Botox for years, this was the first time and probably the last time that i went this place !!! I wish I wouldn’t change my spa just because to save a $ 1 per unit of botox !!! Anyway I always get 25 units of botox between my eyebrows and just a corner of my eyes and she was like OH its not much and she is going to have hard time to divide this amount of botox between these area… but come one its been years I am getting same amount of botox and i am alway getting good result and it last me 5 to 6 months !!! anyways its been 3 days past my botox injections and my eyebrows looks very stupid and my frown line still there and looks even worse :(I am not happy with this place and i don’t think i would even want to call this place because i see other unhappy peoples reviews that even they went for touch up but they were still not happy so I DON’T THINK I WANT TO REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKE !!!
Note: WHY 2 STARS !!! Because the nurse and front desk were nice but i don’t think that makes me to go back to this place again ! sorry !!

Went here for a facial since I wanted an extraction before I headed off for my first year at university. My skin has never been extremely bad; I’ve had a few pimples here or there but it was never extreme. Right after getting a facial here, I noticed I had one small pimple on my cheek and ignored it thinking that it would heal and be nothing. A few days pass and I have 4 more pimples on my cheek and forehead (a place I never break out). Now, all of these pimples have turned into nasty, marble-​sized cysts and not only does it just suck to have pimples since they look bad and ruin your self-​confidence, but these ones are physically painful. They are hard, super red and feverish. Currently, my face is completely covered in pimples and I have a total of 13 giant cysts on my face and it’s only getting worse. I am so so SO upset. Sometimes I can’t help but burst into tears when I look in the mirror because I can’t even see my own face, I only see red and bumps. I know it sounds dramatic, but when your face feels like it’s on fire and you can’t even look people in the eye because of what you look like, it really sucks. Please do not come here, it is one of my biggest regrets.

I received a wonderful facial from Spray. Since it was my first time to Tikkun, she gave me a tour of their lovely facility. Here’s my breakdown:
Service — (Full star) Spray was thorough, but gentle when required, and I never felt like she was rushing through my facial.
Facility — (Full star) Everything was clean, bright, and comforting.
Products used — (Full star) Spray knew exactly what to use on my face so it would rehydrate without feeling too heavy or oily.
Friendliness & demeanor of staff — (Full Star) Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and willing help or answer questions.
Would I go back? — (Full star) I would definitely go back. I really enjoyed my experience and would love to have another facial from Spray, as well as try their other services.
Bonus — parking is easy and free!

I have only been to Tikkun twice, but Marianna Espinosa-​Ito deserves FIVE STARS. I started an asthma treatment with her and in two sessions, she’s been able to reduce most, if not all, my symptoms. My asthma and allergist put me on 7, yes SEVEN, medications to attempt to get my asthma under control and couldn’t. He blamed me. Marianna in two Pair Biomagnetic Therapy and Flower Essence Therapy sessions was able to do what my asthma and allergy doctor couldn’t. I’ve taken up Zumba, Core Training, and Hiking! This would never have been possible back in March when I ended up in urgent care twice, yes twice in on month! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marianna! I love her positive energy and her sessions are very healing on a Spiritual, Emotional, Cognitive, and Physical Level!

I had Botox at Tikkun 3x and it occurred to me that it must be a diluted version. I went in for my frown lines, and the aesthetician made me wait more than 45 minutes while she gave a heavy sales pitch to another customer, in front of me, for some supplements. That was a red flag. I was injected in my forehead and glabellar (frown), but my frown didn’t go away. I came back and got more, still no effect, and when I mentioned it the 3^rd time about 3 months later and received 30 units more, I finally got a result. It seemed cheaper than the Dr.‘s office by about a dollar a unit, but in the end it ended up more expensive. I had a total of 50 units in my 11’s plus what they used in my forehead, it seemed like lot and there should have been a result after the 2^nd visit.
I’m going back to the Dr. where I’m sure it’s not diluted. The aesthetician also talked me out of Xeomen, but from what I ‘ve read it’s cheaper and just as good.
It ended up being more expensive that the derm’s office.

I have received a variety of services over the past three years from Tikkun and can attest to their outstanding personal service. I trust their recommendations and give high marks to Tikkun’s front office and professional staff.

I’ve been going to Tikkun for about 2 years. When I first started going the rude guy was working there but has since been replaced by really nice people. Azra does a great job on filler and Botox. She is very experienced as I’ve had it done many times previously elsewhere. Tikkun is generally one of the least expensive places and has the latest and greatest anti aging products available. They have wonderful parties once a month with a lot of food and drawings for free products. I really like the staff and have referred many people who continue to patron this business. This is definitely best place in South Bay for Botox, etc.

What a lovely experience! This spa is not only beautiful, clean, serene, etc… the staff are awesome too! I’ve had Botox, Dysport, Laser treatments, Facials, Vela-​smooth treatments… LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Very fair pricing, qualified personnel, great products available, and I just love Zach! Not sure who «Queenie K» is, but I think that she must be nuts! I’ve known Zach for years, and never had a bad experience with him. He knows this business and has always treated me very well. I feel soooo lucky to have he and the Tikkun Spa to go to!

I have been going to Tikkun Skincare for 9 months, and the reason is Elena. She is so in tuned with what’s going on with my skin, She tried different product lines and different orders of skincare to look for the best result. She doesn’t push you to buy any products and they offer good monthly promotion too. Just make sure to check promotion before making appointment.
