This Body Shop location will always have a place in my heart. I used to work here as one of the managers, and I honestly had the best work experience. We were trained by the best and I pretty much knew my stuff. Product knowledge and excellent customer service were my forte, just sayin’ lol. I absolutely enjoyed my time here. I’m also a big fan of their products. Way better quality than Bath and Body Works. They use real fruit extract that’s why their products smell like real fruit! Now that I don’t work here anymore, I decided to stop by and check out their sale like any other customer. 1st visit: Manager was by herself. She was friendly. Gave us a warm greeting and told us about the sale, but wasn’t pushy. Got a good deal using my $ 20 Groupon. I bought Almond and Rose hand creams, which are the best hand creams ever! On sale that day for $ 10(retails for $ 20), but with my $ 20 Groupon, I only paid tax. Score!!! 2nd visit: Interesting experience. Customers were confused with the sale and bundle deal they had going on. The manager and sales associate were telling us 2 different things. They even had a little argument about it in front of customers, oh goodness lol. Signs were posted everywhere and it was simple to understand, but their delivery was a bit weird. I’ll keep coming here because it’s the nearest TBS location to me, but some of their associates could improve on customer service.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager. Who started to help me but later handed me off to Jessie. I know NOTHING about make up or how to properly clean your face. But Jessie answered all of my questions patiently, friendly and even hooked it up with samples. Good peeps.

Hmm… seriously not the best place to shop on a budget. There may be deals on display, but in reality you spend $ 30.00 minimum if you decide to get your free item or percentage off. Unless, you go home with a free item without purchase or save more than you spend then the only special about this store is being able to sample the products. The products never really change and the scents are nothing to rave about because it is often scent-free or too strong to identify. If you have never tried their products it’s not a surprise due to the lack of customers or interest in their products. Customer service is poor. Products never change just their packaging. I only wanted to go to the store for a tea tree product, which hopefully works well. Based on their sales, I am sure this store will not be up for long. No customers = goodbye The Body Shop

Loooooove this place. The hemp body products are amazing, and they always have specials going on. I was able to get quite a few products for a reasonable amount. And the staff is so friendly and helpful! I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews! They may not quite as big as a selection as origins, but their products are way better.

Visited this store with a Groupon recently and got to take advantage of some really great specials while I was at it. Do check out the in store specials and try to purchase around them-the discounts are great! What I noticed is that this store just seems to keep getting better with the merchandising, staff training and overall experience. Always worth a visit so stop buy, check out the new products, specials, and try before you buy or get a great makeover.
