I stopped by just to get a business card, the 2 asian ladies looked desperate for clients. I told them I’d come back and they insisted for me to stay. I asked the rates for 30 minutes and 60 minute. I chose the 60 minute massage which cost me $ 60 plus $ 2 credit card fee. Massage was ok, considering I had never been to any massage place. The girl offered me water at the end several times, and I politely said no, she then told me I needed to drink water after a massage, I said ok I’ll take the water… the water never came! I gave her a tip and in her asian language must of told the other lady I gave her very little tip, the lady proceeded to me and told me, «give her $ 20 tip, yeah it was an hour long massage, tip her $ 20» At the end the girl took $ 30 in tip, took my $ 20 plus the tip I had already given her. What a rip off!!! Don’t recommend this place at all, don’t waste your time and money here!!! It’s no wonder the place was completely empty… That should of been a red flag, oh well, lesson learned. Avoid this place, be for warned.

I came to Sunny therapy as a walk-in. There were two ladies behind a glass counter. The ladies came off as rude, but it may have just been their VERY limited English. They seemed to be sizing me up to decide if they would provide me with service. I guess I was«okay», lol. I was asked to pay prior to service being rendered. There is a $ 2 fee for credit transaction. I explained that I would prefer to pay at the end so I could include the tip, but they did not understand. In hindsight, I should have left then! The room was clean, but the feel of the place just wasn’t right. There was music playing in the treatment room, not spa music, more like soft love songs on the Kost, weird. The massage was subpar. Therapist did not seem to use proper draping techniques nor massage techniques to work out knots and tension. About halfway through the massage the therapist tried to converse with me using gestures and short phrases. When the massage was over she offered me water. She told me to come back again, pointed to the bars on the ceiling and said«more pressure next time». Even she knew the massage was no good, but asked for a tip and my credit card. I did leave a standard tip for a 30 minute massage AND paid $ 2 fee again. I feel SO punked! Hence part of the reason for this review. I don’t want any other unsuspecting client to go in blind.
