Established in 2009.

The gym originally started in Palos Verdes under the name DistrictB3. Since then we moved to Torrance and changed the name to Strongfit. As the training system was perfected we felt the change of name was necessary as it is now more about what we do than just one gym

This is a very nice gym. They have a wide array of equipment not available at most commercial gyms. They have platforms for Olympic lifts and atlas stones as well as all the equipment you need to get strong, fit, and healthy.
The employees are also friendly and knowledgeable.
You will be hard pressed to find these things in a traditional gym.

The absolute best gym! Great for athletes and people who want more than just a workout. The owners are so knowledgeable. I’m training to be a firefighter and I wouldn’t have a chance being 5’1″ 125lbs without them. Thank you Strongfit!

This is a great place to go to get strong and fit. The owners are awesome people with huge hearts. I plan on making my next visit there this month and I will be coming all the way from Arizona to do so.
