Donye’ has worked for Storage Etc. for six and a half years and is also the trainer for new managers in her district. Her assistant manager Emma has worked numerous Properties with Storage Etc. and has been with the company for three years. Either manager can always help you with your Storage needs.

I decided to go with this storage facility when planning my move last month due to the great reviews. I had called around and was quoted higher rates in comparison. After taking a look at the unit before hand, I decided to rent the space as it was clean and decently priced for it’s size. A plus for me are the free carts that can be used to haul larger items. Renting with storage etc has been a great experience so far!

This is my second experience with a storage facility. First time renting my own. I’ve only seen outdoor facilities. The indoor spaces are great, super clean and have plenty of light. George was great! He gave us a thorough tour of the facility and made sure we saw a few unit sizes before deciding on the right one for us.

This place is incredible! The manager Krista is an absolute doll. She was really helpful, so nice, and so much fun to talk to. The location is in the middle of an industrial street so it is really isolated from the public. There haven’t been any break ins in over 4 years and that is just from what the employees recall. And oh my goodness the prices! Second to none for value to size. You will really have a great experience with Storage Etc.

Best rates around! I stored my stuff with these guys for a year. When I ended my lease they took care of everything the same day I informed them. Staff is super helpful and give discounts if you bring a friend in.

I’ve been looking for a storage place for a few weeks and i came across this one. Its close to my house which makes it that much better. Anyways. .Krista helped me out. Very informative. Showed me a few storage units and i was sold. When i downsize my 10×25 to a smaller unit i will use this place again. I recommend this place.

my move-​in experience today was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
The wait was short, my need was met with expeditious expertise, and the service was stellar!!!
In addition, I had a piece of furniture in my SUV that would have been impossible to move by myself (family bailed on me at the last minute) but thanks to George, it was painless! George took the time to show me my unit to make sure it was what I expected, AND helped me put that piece of furniture in the storage unit! I’ve been storing stuff for YEARS, and NEVER have I had such an experience!
I feel like a person, not a number, and that makes ALL the difference…

There’s really not much to say about a self-​storage place.
The Pros:
The price is pretty good (They offer 10% discount for military)
The location is convenient
Very clean!
They have a truck you can rent
Friendly staff
The Cons:
Not open 24⁄7 (although I never had an issue getting in after hours)
They raised the price of rent (although they gave me 30 notice)
Need a key to use the restroom

The rate is very reasonable compared to others and the facility is super clean.
All my units have been very easy to access and I’ve been in and out of there in minutes. And I’ve always felt safe going there to get my things by myself. I highly recommend Storage Etc, Torrance. See for yourself and you’ll know what I mean. :)
