We first got in touch with Rahul a couple of years ago when we were looking to purchase some investment property. Although, we eventually decided against investing, Rahul was extremely helpful throughout the process, guiding us through the pros and cons of purchasing property as an investment. There were no pressure tactics from him and after monitoring the market conditions for a couple of months, we told him that we had changed our mind about buying the property. He was extremely professional about it and said to get back in touch when we were ready.

Although this process was a little more challenging as we went into market during the holiday season, Rahul set the right expectations and helped us price the house to sell. Again, his resourcefulness and personal touch helped make the selling process painless and fruitful.
