Me and 2 friends came here in the evening for a quick bite. Idk if he was the owner or the owners son but this guy was totally hitting on my 18 year old friend asking her does she likes her cup small or large? He kept joking perversely Like eww dude u could be her dad. He kept harassing her the whole time we were trying to order our food. Then we finally sit down allllllll the way in the back far from him and he literally comes and sits in the next booth and leans over to continue harassing my friend. We didn’t even want to finish our food. Right when we were going to leave. He leaves. I feel bad for his young workers there I’m sure he does this all the time. Don’t eat here, the owner is a disgusting perve! Oh and food was mediocre

Good food and a great variety. My fav is the fried beef tacos. Call your order in ahead of them. They accept all forms of payment including Apple Pay.

Raondomly stumbled upon this place because the bus literally left us in front. I have to say, i quite like the taste and price for the burgers. I got a classic cheeseburger with fries and combo. Boy was i suprised as to just how big the burgers are! The fries are also quite thick. Nevertheless, the burgers taste pretty fresh. The whole meal was so good.(No picture, i was too hungry/i forgot) The place is also quite big inside, with several tables and parking outside. They also have fast service, i only had to wait about some maybe 2 minutes after i ordered it and the food arrived. I might come back to this place, but ill make sure to come with a big appetite.

Customer service was decent, burger patty was thin. It got the job done, satisfied me i guess. Ive had better but once again it was a good burger considering we needed to make a quick«pit stop» while working.

I want more protein! Working down the street and decided to pick a burger –they are small patties so I got a double with bacon — it was good –and served pretty quick — got the beef eater on sourdough last Friday and it was good be better with some auju dip and more meat next time I’ll ask for extra meat — place is good though — 4 stars because I like crispy fries and they are not and they need to provide more meat !

Hamburgers were great, but they gave me super old yellow peppers, went back to tell them and the girl said that they are the same.

I asked the girl who took my order to tell me what the burrito had she did, but she NEVER mentioned salsa in the burrito. So, when i got my burrito it had green salsa, it’s pretty spicy. The food is really good but the salsa in my burrito ruined my food.

The food that I have tried here I enjoyed. I love their chili fries and carne asada fries. The burgers are pretty good too. The portions are big, at least in my opinion. It isn’t overpriced, so that’s definitely a plus. It’s nice to have a place like this that’s really close to my house.

The lunch food is good, breakfast I’m not a fan. Prices are normal about $ 10 but the staff is the reason it got 2 stars. Not friendly at all. Restaurant parking is not a problem, but it takes a really long time to get food, definitely call ahead.

Rating: 40⁄100 pts A non-franchise, privately owned burger joint on a small street has the potential to be really awesome, or really not. In the case of Pit Stop Burgers, I’d argue the latter. That’s not to say the signs weren’t there – after all, «racing» isn’t exactly the most appealing theme for a restaurant. But the reviews that preceded me were sufficiently alluring, so I decided to pull into this pit stop for a bite. Walking in, you are immediately greeted by the smell of deep-fryer oil. You order first, fast food style, and then take a seat in one of the booths, many of which were already filled up when I came in for lunch. The good is that they have a pretty extensive menu that covers everything from breakfast through dinner, with a good amount of both burger and non-burger options(including even things like tacos). I ordered the namesake Pit Stop Burger. It was fairly sizable, and it filled me up without having to get any sides. The ingredients is where they fall short. The burger is cardboard thin, meaning you barely taste the meat. The bread, vegetables, cheese, and bacon are bland and generic. The best part of the sandwich was the avocado, which was plentiful. Otherwise, nothing particularly interesting was going on in that sandwich. Acceptable for a pit stop? Perhaps. But there’s a wide open road for better choices for both lunch or burgers.

Hands down Pit stop has the best services around. All American burger joint that also has some killer Mexican food. We come in and order 30 or more items for our crew and they nail it every time.

FRIEDPICKLES!!! Yes please. I stop in here whenever I’m in the area. Great food and awesome customer service. Very clean. The owner is very friendly and wants you to have a great experience. I had their FRIEDPICKLES this week. So tasty! A must try. Not on the menu yet but just ask for them. Planning my next meal as I write this, anything with a side of fried pickles!

Thee worst asada fries I’ve ever had. They were toooooo dry. Maybe adding sour cream or guac would make them better. For now, I won’t take my chances here anymore.

I had my mom order and pick-up my food earlier today. I ordered the Gyro combo, which comes with fries and a drink. I told my mom to request«no onions». The girl there said they don’t put onions. So after my mom paid, then waited, and then drove almost 20 minutes to drop me off my food(I was doing my dialysis treatment on the other side of Carson. I slowly started off with the fries, which I ordered«well done». The fries were partly well done and not. No biggie though. The Gyro though, had onions! ONIONS! The onions the girl said they don’t put on it! I called PSB and a girl answered. I told her my mom came in and ordered a Gyro for me. I then asked her«What do you put in a Gyro?» She wasn’t sure and asked me to hold while she asked. A couple of minutes later, she came back, and the first ingredient she listed is «ONIONS»!!! I cut her off and apologized for cutting her off. I then told her, someone told my mom that no onions go in a Gyro. I told her I got onions in mine. She just said sorry and that’s it. I kinda expected her to offer an exchange. Anyway, after completing my treatment, we headed over to exchange it anyway. As soon as my mom walked in, the same girl who took the original order, immediately welcomed my mom in and apologized. Without my mom saying anything, the girl ordered a new Gyro without onions, from the cook. When the girl handed over a bag to my mom, it had a newly made Gyro NOONIONS, and newly fried french fries. She said sorry to my mom again. It sucks my mom had to drive all the way back for something she requested in the first place. Bonus is that the girl made up for it in a big gesture. That was super kind to exchange the food and even give another bag of fries. At first I was a big upset. But after all is said and done, I appreciate how the staff will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you!

I have been to this establishment a few times and I like it. It has the feel of your old skool family restaurant. It is clean and well maintained. Sam the owner is very service orientated and wants to make sure his guests are happy. I’ve only had the cheeseburger and fries and I have been happy every time I have had it. The food tastes good and is made with quality ingredients. Their French fries are fantastic too! There are a couple of negatives, parking is tight especially during the busy lunch times, there is not a drive them as well. But I think the quality you receive is worth putting up with the negatives. If you have the time and are in the area I definitely recommend Pit Stop!

This is a little spot on the corner. I wanted to try out the breakfast burrito to compare to others in the area. First off no drive through, so that means you have to walk 15 or 20 feet. Good news is that is a good start to your 10,000 step goal. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. It was okay. There was some good flavors in it, but nothing amazing. There was some sort of salsa in it that did more to make it juicy than it did to add flavors. There was a lot of cheese which is good, and a lot of sausage. Not sure if I like the sausage sliced up, but the flavor was good on it. All in all, it comes in 3rd in ml this area, with the best still being just down the street at Louie’s burgers.

Awesome Breakfast Burritos! It’s fat and heavy and will fill you up for the whole day. I got their Ham breakfast burrito. It has thinly sliced ham, eggs, and soft hash browns and lots of clumped finely shredded cheese in the center. So hearty and yummy! They also have pretty good burgers. My coworker and I got their Family burger deal. $ 16.59 for 4 burgers, 4 french fries and 4 sodas. It’s the cheapest and tastiest burger deal in town! The burger was pretty big. Bun and meat was good and not dry. It had shredded lettuce, tomato and enough sauce. Pretty simple, but delish! Very comparable to Dino’s, Steve’s and Fantastic Café. A diner restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pancakes, Mexican food, steak, gyros, burgers, and etc. But what sets them apart for me is that they are open as early as 6:30am. Earlier than the rest, so I get to come early before work to pick up food ^_^. Next time, I wanna try their carne asada fries. I heard their carne asada is pretty good!

Ever wonder how they got their name? Well they are located near the old famous«Gasoline Alley». Many and I do mean many years ago, there was a place known as «gasoline alley». It is/was located about ½ mile South of Pit Stop Burgers. Simpson and other automobile racing specialists had their shop located in that section. I personally visited Gasoline Alley 30+ years ago, in preparation for my US Express AKA«Cannon Ball Express» car. I recently visited and had their Chicken Breast Salad. Love at first sight, and it tasted great. Sorry I don’t have a photo, but I will sift through my phone and see if I can find it.

Hamburgers and fries are as American as apple pie and I love me a good burger as much as the guy next to me. The Pit Stop is your typical burger joint offering everything from breakfast to hamburgers, carne asada tacos and(drum roll please) menudo. Yes you read right menudo!(Sundays only). One unfortunate weekend when I had to work, one of my coworkers suggested we go to Pit Stop for breakfast. I wasn’t in the mood for breakfast(eggs, bacon etc…) and was instead craving menudo after another one of my coworkers suggested it. Well the one who wanted to go to Pit Stop cheerfully told us that we could have our menudo there. I had been to the Pit Stop before and I would have never guessed that they offered menudo. Now making burgers and making menudo are two completely different animals and I was somewhat skeptical about the quality of the menudo but we hesitantly we agreed and off to breakfast we went. So I ordered a hamburger(kidding!) of course I got the menudo and holy moley I was not prepared for what came my way. That menudo was amazingly delicious!!! It was seasoned just right and unlike many it was not growing in salt or too much fat floating around. And in true Mexican tradition they served the menudo with a side of cilantro, fresh chopped onions, lime, chili flakes and dry oregano for you to add to taste. It was THE most amazing menudo I’ve had and I’ve developed a seriously addition. Now(even thought I prefer not to) working an occasional weekend here and there is no longer a dreaded thing, because I’ve found my weekend food go to place. As for the burgers, I haven’t had one in quite some time(it’s diet time again) but they do make very good burgers. And as far as breakfast goes, well it’s kinda hard to mess up bacon and eggs so nothing spectacular there. When it comes to service they’ve always been friendly and cheery, and now that they’ve gotten to know me… well they are just the sweetest people ever! In all I totally recommend their menudo — 5 stars and their burgers — 4 stars
