Expensive and late, not a good way to start off…
Called to have them run a camera down my main sewer line to figure out how to best address a known problem with roots in the line.
I was given a 2 hour window for their arrival (that should have been a red flag, never again, my time is too valuable). I called an hour into the two hour window to make sure they were still coming. I got a call back 40 minutes later that they’d be late. By the time Fred arrived I’d been waiting for 2.5 hours.
He told me up front that it was $ 250 to inspect the line with a camera and evaluate the situation. He gave me $ 25 off for contacting them through Angie’s list. That still seemed high to me but I agreed and he proceeded with the camera.
The diagnosis was to hydro jet to remove the large amount of roots in the line for $ 750 but he’d need to schedule that another day. That also seemed high to me.
Fred also gave me a rough estimate of $ 11,750.00 to replace the line. It’s a big job but I’m pretty sure that was a very high price. I’m getting another quote and will post the result.
I called around and was quoted a fixed price of $ 500.00 for clearing and hydro jetting including running a camera before and after. About half what Patriot was going to charge me.
They may do a good job but the are not inexpensive. That combined with a 2.5 hour wait has made me decide to go elsewhere for the rest of the work. I believe he gave an accurate diagnosis of the problem but at a very high price tag.

Dino and the Patriot Plumbing team were able to help me with an urgent plumbing issue on a Sunday, which made my job as an out of state rental property owner much easier. He kept me informed of his progress and was able to work to accommodate my tenant’s schedule.

This was my first time using them and I was really impressed. They were on time per our appointment. They explained everything they were doing and they fixed the issue. They were very professional and I will use them in the future.

Mark was our lead plumber. We had a clog that backed up and he was out there that afternoon to check it out. He couldn’t immediately find the problem with the snake he had so he stayed late into the evening until a better piece of equipment came that found the problem. Work was started soon after. We had all drain pipes in house and out to sewer replaced including digging up several feet of drain pipe that had collapsed under concrete in the backyard. Mark came to check on progress each day (took 3 days total). He was attentive, responsive (via cell phone — text and call), and very professional. We were very happy with the work. In fact we have called him back out for more work that needs to be done and will continue to purchase his services as long as he is available.

I called Patriot Plumbing when I discovered water on the floor in our garage. Patriot came out and discovered a leak through the wall from our ice maker on the fridge. The drywall was removed to prevent mold and the problem was fixed. I had patriot also check our reverse osmosis faucet because it was leaking. When the plumber checked under the sink there was a HUGE problem. Mold! Mold from the sink to the cabinets all along the wall. Water was also more then half way under our laminate kitchen floor. They could check for water with a special tool. Patriot jumped into action because mold can be dangerous and there was a lot of it. Patriot immediately called a mold removal company who was at my house in less then 2 hours. Patriot removed the osmosis system and fixed the leak. The problem Patriot found was huge. I am so thankful to Patriot Plumbing for being so quick to call the mold specialist and fixing the problem. It turned into an 8 week process. Having to get new floor, cabinets, and having to work with our insurance coming which is never fun or easy. Patriot plumbing was great and supplied our insurance company with everything they needed in regards to our claim. I would highly recommend patriot plumbing if you want a job done right.

Finding reliable home repair providers can be a challenge! I was actually matched with this company using the Angie’s List SnapFix app, after submitting a repair request for a leaky bathtub faucet. Dino and James arrived a few minutes early for the appointment, and were in and out in about 50 minutes! They were very knowledgeable and pleasant, and the entire process was exceedingly painless.

Fred came out yesterday in response to a call we made regarding a water leak which he could not find. After we found it ourselves (water line to fridge was leaking) he took it upon himself to call a water damage restoration company without asking for our OK first. We thought it was like the gas company when you call them when there is a problem, and it is free. We waited — and Fred waited — for the Dry Force people to show up and when they arrived an hour later, they filled the house with humidifers and fans, but refused to let me know how much it would cost, assuring me «your insurance will take care of it.» Well, my deductible is $ 1000, so for a small leak, this is turning into a huge amount of money. Fred fixed/​installed a valve which he initially asked $ 250 for and then reduced the amount to $ 150 when my tenant expressed shock at the price — and then he handed me a final bill for $ 295. So it cost me $ 295 to install a valve? I gave him an Angie’s List 10% off coupon, and he said it was included in the $ 295. The reason for this slightly negative review is because I read all the reviews on Unilocal about DRY FORCE — and it seems they are a scam outfit and the plumbers appear to get a kick back for calling them in. Yes, there was damp due to the leak — but certainly I should have been ASKED if I wanted a professional company to come over, and perhaps be given the option of choosing one myself? Not too happy with the way all this has played out.

I’ve engaged Patriot twice now, and they have been great both times. They are very accessible/​responsive to both phone calls and emails. They were extremely thoughtful when they arrived at my home, taking off their shoes when entering when they saw that I did, and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving. Their costs were reasonable and quite comparable to other bids, yet their service was more prompt and reliable. Dino even offered to buy a toilet that I’m not quite ready to install to ensure that it will be in stock when I need it. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I had a partially plugged main line. When the toilet was flush the water would come up in the shower. The 2^nd bathroom at the other end of the house was fine and did not push water to that shower drain. They gave me a time between 2 – 5 pm. Fred arrived at 2:05 pm. He was nice and explained the situation. He informed me that he had to remove the toilet and snake the main line. After that the problem was solved. He reinstalled the toilet, cleaned up and charged me $ 295.00. Maybe a little high but was worth it.
