I have seen Dr. Yeh four times for a very serious problem that my primary physician suspected. I was seen that same afternoon without delay by Dr. Yeh and he dilated my eyes and confirmed that I had a torn retina. Dr. Yeh made arrangements for me to see Dr. Ron Gallemore that afternoon for further treatment that saved my eyesight. Follow up appointments with Dr. Yeh have been great and trouble free. I am so glad to have a kind and professional ophthalmologist to consult for routine eye exams and for more serious problems should that be necessary.

Third visit today was a marked improvement over the past two visits. My session actually started a bit early and everything was pretty much up to speed after that.
Dr Yeh does spend a good amount of time with his patients conducting tests above and beyond what the PA’s offer and his consultations are very easy to understand for a patient like myself to comprehend.
Hopefully it will be smooth sailing with future visits here.

I was referred here by my primary doctor because of dacryocystitis.
My doctor advised me to get an appointment today or by tomorrow and if that wasn’t possible to see him again for a follow up.
So I called this doctor and explained to the front office that I was referred based on this diagnosis. They told me they weren’t able to schedule me until April which is two weeks from now. I said okay, well my doctor wanted to see this specialist ASAP so I’ll just call back at a later time. Two weeks from now? Really? Seemed ridiculous. It seems that after speaking to my doctor, they were able to able to take me today. Wow!
So I ask them how I would know what the visit would cost me. They said I had to call my insurance. Sitting here on the phone for 45 minutes and then they were on the phone with my insurance, I have yet to see the doctor but have been waiting an hour already. I’m a little ticked off. When asking them how long it’ll take, the front office is non responsive. They say it all depends on his appointment. Now, see I would understand that usually but if this office is going to take me on then they should inform me that by coming in, I’ll have to wait so long.
Anyway, also what irked me was when I was on the phone and gave the front office my prognosis, name and everything, it seemed to me like it flew over her head. She put me on hold and then picked up, asked me again how she could help me. Uh, hello? So I had to repeat myself, spell this silly long prognosis again.
Maybe I’m spoiled by the offices that I visit but this one hasn’t made an impression that makes me want to come back.

I liked Dr. Yeh from the start. He was attentive and explained everything in detail. The first time I went he sent me to a retina specialist and they had to do surgery that evening. He caught something that everyone else had missed.
He is veryclean and very nice.
