Established in 2012.

I opened this office in July of 2012. Since then, I have established myself in the community by being active in The Original Torrance Rotary Club, the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the YMCA of Torrance.

I’m so glad we switched our insurance to Neal. He took great care of my wife and I and we now have way more coverage for about the same cost as our previous insurance. More importantly, we have someone who we can trust will be there for us if there’s ever an issue. Neal made it a point to get to know us and what was best for us, not best for him. He really spent the time to care about my family’s needs and knowing he’s watching out for us gives us a tremendous amount of peace of mind! Thank you Neal!

Our friend came from Europe & a Swiss Diver’s license. The insurance companies we called before talking to Neal would not even start a quote without a US or Canadian license. but Neal came thru!!!

Neal and his staff go beyond excellent customer service! They answer the phone and from the beginning of the conversation– they are friendly and personable! It’s nice knowing you can call and ALWAYS have a great experience. Neal reviewed our current life insurance policy (from another company) and instead of telling me to cancel that policy and switch to Statefarm– he analyzed how much life insurance we would need if something were to happen. He then suggested an insurance policy in addition to our current policy– but made sure it would still be in our budget! He calls you every year to review our policy and makes sure it’s still what we need. Most of the time, you think insurance agents are pushy, but Neal and his staff really do care about you! Phone calls and emails are always returned that day! I will never switch to another insurance company or another SF agent!

I switched to State Farm with Neal because he was able to get me a lower quote than my former Progressive insurance. A couple months later, I got into a car accident with my brand new leased car. Neal and his team were very helpful! I got taken care of right away, no hassle, and not to mention that the body shop they work with was close, great customer service!
