Mckenna Granite and Tile

Joe McKenna has a well known reputation throughout the South Bay for scamming customers. A personal example is when he gave me an estimate for re-​doing my bathroom tile floor. He gave me a written estimate, did the demo, and then added on additional costs of several hundred dollars more, refusing to move forward on the job unless I agreed to the extra fees not included in his written estimate.
He demonstrates total disregard for his employees, as well. Several years ago, he sent his own job site supervisor out on a job in a company-​owned truck with failing brakes, resulting in an auto accident in which his employee was seriously injured and was hospitalized. Although this employee had worked for Joe McKenna for several years, he was forced to file a lawsuit against Joe McKenna in order to get McKenna to assume responsibility for the accident.
Does this tell you what kind of person he is???

DO NOT hire McKenna Tile for your project! Their work is shoddy, overpriced, and the owner lies through his teeth when confronted about the dishonesty of his work crew.

Joe Mckenna and his staff are not worth using unless you have a lot of money and time to fix their work. And of course deal with their nasty attitudes.
