This location needs better management. They always run out of everything! It is so inconvenient to be boxed in the drive thru when they don’t have what you ordered. Last month no hash browns and today no coffee

WARNING: Ok, there are bad McDonalds and there is this one. So, in most cases, I don’t expect the most«intelligent and well– rounded» employees at fast food restaurants, but this place goes a step beyond. On my way to a movie w my three kids, we unfortunately drive into this one. As I order my 2 #4’s w OJ and Coffee to share w my kids, the woman taking my order messes up and enters«1», I pay $ 11 so I’m thinking I purchased correctly. After telling the drive thru server that I ordered«2», she rolls her eyes and confronts me saying«well that’s not what it says on my list!»… I should’ve left. A Hispanic manager girl comes over and tells me they need to recharge and adjust my order … Cars are backed up about 6 deep behind me. Minutes go by … I’m recording on my iPhone(ask and I will be uploading this to YouTube soon) to document the backup and how this«manager» handles the situation. The manager confronts me to say I can’t record this experience(I still wonder if it’s legal for a customer to do so). I drive off, they forgot my coffee… I walk in to ask… The entire crew is mocking the situation in front of everyone. I get my coffee… They run out and record my exit like a pack of wolves and take my plate number … LOL. While my kids are watching. Avoid this McDonalds like the plague. The owner should be expelled and McDonalds corporate needs to take action. I got videos to prove. 1. Order taker«makes mistake» 2. Not once do they apologize 3. Disrespectful servers roll eyes 4. They cause traffic jam in drive thru for $ 2 worth of mistakes(they created)… Should’ve pulled me over to take care of issue 5. They still don’t apologize 6. They mock customer for protecting himself by filming experience. Is filming a customer experience illegal? I think they film the customers right?

The ice coffee is sweet on the lips and will break the bank. With so many flavors to choose from you can have it your way. Lol

Tried out a new mcdonald’s since it was on the way home. Bad move, ordered large fries but it’s only half full. Might as well order small fries if this is what you get.

One of the worst McDonald’s out there!!! You have to wait forever in the drive thru then their prices are much higher than other locations then you finally get your food & your nonfat iced mocha with no whip is COMPLETELYMADEWRONG& the fries container is about 2⁄3 full. I will NEVER be back. This place needs to close.

Worst McDonald’s in the history of the franchise. Why nothing is important to these people is beyond me. I have complained mutiple times to corporate about these people. Find a new manager please!

I was busy and I stopped to get a quick late lunch. It was the first and the last time, those guys they seem they do not care to serve not just good food but the food that Mc Donald’s suppose to serve! I threw the food away, and thank you Google and smartphones, found an «In and Out» at the shopping center across the street. I am not the type that i am going to create a scene, especially for just $ 8 dollars meal, but I need to let the Unilocal community know that they should avoid this place. The thing that made me really upset, is that McDonald’s is «The Biggest Fast Food Chain in the world» and in Tokyo Japan, they serve better food than here! I tried a couple times and it was excellent. Now as far as nutrition and ingredients, I do not think is a good choice! I do not eat fast food, maybe once every couple months, I will try one of the big fast food places, most of the time I regret it, it doesn’t worth the money to eat wood filled burger(FDA approved), it is not good for your health… ;-)

Service has been better since my last review. Not sure if new staff work here or the old workers were retrained in good customer service etiquette, but people skills with patrons appears to be better. The wait time has dramatically decreased as well. Haven’t had a botched order yet either. Will upgrade my review again later if this location can keep this rate of success in the coming months.

Worst McDonalds I have visited. Every time I have tried to order from this McDonalds something has gone wrong. If they don’t mix up your order, the Mc flurry machine is broken or «sorry we’re out of lettuce.» This by far has been the worst experience with a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it’s my closest McDonalds but I now drive out of my way to a different McDonalds just to avoid frustrating myself. Do yourself a favor avoid this McDonalds and save yourself the headache.

Some ask, «Rob, why all the McDonald’s reviews?» Hey, I’m on a mission. This McDonald’s shares the space with a gas station and small convience store. It’s a busy intersection and they seem to do good business. Gas up, grub up, and go! Okay, now for the good stuff. Trivia time! McHotDog In his 1977 autobiography CEO Ray Kroc prohibited the company from selling hot dogs, regardless of potential demand, as he regarded them as unhygienic; however, hot dogs were introduced in the late 1990s at some midwestern located stores(at the option of the franchise-holder) as a summer item. UK Stores sold Hot Dogs during the late nineties on the McChoice menu(later PoundSaver). Also, at least one American restaurant offered Oscar Mayer hot dogs at some time, and McDonald’s locations at Toronto Metro Zoo and SkyDome in Toronto offered hot dogs until 1999. The taste of the McHotDog was acceptable to consumers, and there were no scandals behind the scenes or within the bun. But the failure of McHotDog was a branding issue. Even what seemed like a low-risk, simple product never caught on because McDonald’s consumers just didn’t equate the brand with the type of food. It made a few comebacks during the mid-1990s as a seasonal item in select mid-western US restaurants. It has since reappeared in Japan, where consumers are used to McDonald’s offering a wider variety of options. Even what seemed like a low-risk, simple product never caught on because McDonald’s consumers just didn’t equate the brand with the type of food. It made a few comebacks during the mid-1990s as a seasonal item in select mid-western US restaurants. Despite many attempts to revive the McHotdog, it just never sticks.

The worst quality ever. I ordered a Bigmac and large size fries. The french fries came in the large size container but it was so empty inside. it’s like I paid for L size and got small size fries in a large container. The burger was cold. I’m sure it’s been very long since it was made. Don’t go to this store. There is in-and-out burgers right across the street.

My 2 star rating is strictly for this Mc Donald’s location. The food is… well, typical Mc Donald’s. What I wanted to let you know about is the inconsistent customer service and operational efficiency of this location. If you want the«best» customer service where you food comes out correctly, the person taking your order actually has a smile on their face or in their voice, then come here during the early part of the day where there are managers around. If you go through the drive thru anytime after 7PM or so, expect someone taking your order that does not want to be there.

As soon as I walk in they know what I want. I order a large iced tea with ice filled all the way to the rim, two tablespons of half and half and three splendas. It tastes just as good as Starbucks but they only charge me $ 1 there. That saves me $ 2 each time I get iced tea. Gotta love them.

My sweet tooth got the best of me, so I came to this McDonald’s the other night, craving a McFlurry. After greeting me, they asked me to hold. I said sure … then I waited. Another girl spoke over the intercom and I asked her aboutt he McFlurry flavors. She answered and then asked me to hold, again. I wasn’t in a hurry, but I wasn’t happy waiting either. I got my McFlurry with M&Ms that were barely mixed in and I left. McDonald’s was the first job I had, and trust me — it’s not hard at all.

In a nutshell — Horrible. I don’t need to go to excruciating detail to describe the food here. But the service is slow and apathetic… yes, even more slow and apathetic than most McD’s. Food: No explanation needed Service: Terrible. I walked in here on a Sunday morning to get a cup of coffee thinking it would be quick and easy. Wrong. The line was about 6 people deep and moving slowly. I also wrongly assumed that if I were just ordering coffee the person taking my order would take my money, turn around, walk 2 feet, pour my cup, and give it to me. Wrong again. After waiting 10 minutes in that awful line, the cashier promptly took off after taking my order and left the counter unattended. Then, after waiting another 5 – 10 minutes, I had to practically beg someone to get my coffee for me so I didn’t have to wait for the guy before me and his order of 15 mcheartattacks. Ugh.

Of course, I HAVE to write a review on McDonald’s… They supplied my daily meal during my college years. Golden fries, their Big Mac«special» thousand island sauce, crispy nuggets, juicy quarter pounders, and an icy soft serve. My memories remain fond. However, Mickey D’s quality and consistency has certainly gone down over the years. Their fries are always semi-warm, courtesy of the heat lamp. Quarter pounder patties are dry. Big Mac’s are teeny-tiny! The soft serve cone sometimes come without a sanitary paper cover. I still come here often hoping for a taste of the olden days, only to go home unsatisfied. The only way you can get the fries piping hot, fresh out of the fryer is when you ask for unsalted fries and salt them yourself. One extra star because the sugar free vanilla iced coffee tastes better than Starbuck’s. I wonder if it really is sugar free…
