Mattress Connection

Leonard is very knowledgeable about the bedding industry. I had a pleasant experience at Mattress Connection. I bought a bed and their policy is I can try it for 100 days and if I’m unhappy I can exchange it for a different one. Best thing is there is no restocking fee! All the other mattress companies in the area doesn’t have that. I can’t wait to get my bed tomorrow!

Went to Mattress Connection to get my new queen mattress. Originally, the plan was to just look around and come back later. In fact, this was the third mattress store for the day. We walked in and met Leonard Cope. He introduced himself and gave an unexpected, but surprisingly informative (and entertaining) lesson in sleep habits, and mattress preference. It was very helpful. I ended up with a new matress, box spring, and pillows.
As I said, this was the third stop of the day. I was getting cranky and a little hangry. But it was such a refreshing experience, I recommend the store to anyone. Ask for Leonard.

Excellent in all aspects. We started our mattress search trying to understand what we wanted and needed from all the many mattress options and sellers. Mattress Connection, Leonard Cope, in particular, helped us get it done and made it a great experience. We knew what we thought we wanted/​needed and in speaking with Leonard, he helped guide us to the right selection for us. He is truly knowledgable about the industry and quickly can ascertain how to get you to the mattress you will love very quickly. The whole experience was great and we cannot wait to get our new mattress in our home in the next week and at a great price. Fantastic service and easy shopping among the often confusing options for mattress purchasing. Highly recommend!

Walking in I was greeted right away by Cleat. He was very helpful in asking me what I was looking for. After I told him what I wanted he showed me what the difference was between mattress such as coil, foam, latex etc. He then began to show me mattress he felt I would be interested in. After testing a few out I found he right one. They even were able to help me get same day delivery, which was awesome. So glad I found this place and all the staff members are friendly as well as funny. Definitely check this place out.

The manager Mr. Leonard Cope and his associate Cleat was so helpful. We were not planning buying a bed but we ended up buying a bed because of their great service. :)

We went to Sears outlet first before finding this on Unilocal.We walked in and met with Cleat. He was really helpful and tried to make sure when we decided on a mattress we were given all the options first. He is very knowledgable about each mattress and knew which mattress would be best for us. The same mattress they have here was at Sears and for the same price except Sears was selling used mattresses. If you need a new mattress with great customer service, come here! They even helped us keep our kids busy while we shopped.

Dave helped me get exactly what I was looking for! I’m so happy I went into the store. When my daughter needs a new mattress I will just go straight back to the Mattress Connection. I highly recommend them! :) Leonard was there when I picked up my mattress and was just as nice… thanks again Dave & Leonard!

Very low pressure. Tried out a bunch of mattresses and found one we liked for a lower price than the one we had originally liked at another store. Leonard was super helpful and pricing was straightforward. Good selection including private label tempurpedic Simmons and Serta.
Answered all our questions with no side talk. Felt confident in the service and free mattress protector was nice bonus.

Dave and Leonard were really knowledgeable, and made buying the right mattress for my friend who just moved into her apartment easy. Thanks guys!

I had an outstanding experience at the Torrance Mattress Connection store! Nick, the salesman that helped me, was kind, patient & helpful. He was super knowledgeable about all of the product lines in the store & he listened attentively to determine the best mattress for me & my husband. The only place where you should come to buy a mattress if you’re in the South Bay or by any Mattress Connection. Nick our salesperson was totally awesome and knowledgable and helped us pick our new mattress. Best part the owner of the stores, Tony came in and helped us out too and he’s a totally awesome guy.

We had a pleasant experience shopping here. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The showroom has a lot of different selections in different price ranges.
They also offer exchnage of your mattress for up to 100 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase!

Wayne was amazing… He was very nice and professional… He gave us so many options and so many recommendations… We love almost all mattresses and love the quality… By only one glance at mattresses you can tell they have great qualities…

I had a great experience today at Mattress Connection. I was greeted by Leonard, the store manager — really nice & personable. The store was very clean and well laid out. There were a good handful of specials listed on the floor and pricing tags on all the mattresses I looked at. After discussing different options for support & letting me lay on a couple different mattresses, I found the one I wanted — a Tempurpedic Contour Elite. He did a great job of educating me on some options and I also purchased an adjustable bed frame. I was planning on buying one, but was able to save a little extra by discussing some value options with him.
I was also impressed by Mattress Connection’s 100 Day Challenge, which essentially gives you the opportunity to try whichever mattress you purchase under the manufacturers warranty. They are also family owned and operated — I love supporting small businesses.
I’ll have delivery in a couple days and I’ll be sure to update this post to detail my experience on delivery. Thank you Leonard for a great buying experience.

Recently married and looking to buy our first mattress, came in to Mattress Connection after looking at Ikea, and one of the other mattress stores that riddle Hawthorne Blvd… we were immediately greeted by Leonard who asked what we were looking for and what we like, showed us a few different options while explaining more mattress facts than i would ever have known. We ended up finding an awesome hand-​tufted mattress i cant think of the brand (airloom?), but as Leonard informed us, is the only type of mattress that is used in the White House (neat!). We gave him our budget and talked about financing and we ended up leaving very excited to be receiving our new bed the next day!
Leonard made sure to take care of us with a bed frame, and a mattress protector, and followed up about a month later.
We LOVE our new bed! And Leonard is a very kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable manager.
I would say we’ll be back again soon, but I’m thinking this mattress will last us for quite a few years! But were happy to refer everyone to Leonard at MC!
and as far as the last comment about parking goes… the neighboring «school» has kids wondering the parking lots just waiting for Natural Selection to help out with that issue, but I would find it pretty annoying too if all the spots were filled with parents waiting for those loud sticky mini humans…
