30 years as solo practitioner in the South Bay area representing individuals and businesses, primarily in Civil Litigation from simple collection matters and residential Unlawful Detainers to complex business and real property litigation and commercial Unlawful Detainers. Left medium size law firms handling transactional and business-​contractual litigation to opening solo practice providing personalized legal services to individuals and small & medium size businesses.
