Best Lab Corps office. Expert professional staff always with a smile. No pain stick! Its incredible how well trained they are at their jobs as I’m not an easy stick. They do have alot of IT problems especially when it rains. Ive come before & they’ve had to reschedule everyone on at least one occasion and another i waited till computers came up. Some times the IT guy seems a little harsh at the staff.

I’m so glad there were 3 others ahead of me! PROS: — Location was easy to find and you don’t have to pay for parking. CONS: — I waited for half an hour and 2 others went ahead of me. There were 2 employees there working. One did both paperwork and drew the blood. The 2 people ahead of me who did blood work. 1 was in there over 10 mins and they couldn’t find the vein to take the blood and sent them home. The second person went in and they couldn’t find the vein either. It was hard to not over hear because the does were opened and the 2nd lady was getting upset. I left as soon as I heard yet couldn’t find the other persons vein. I have flat veins and the last thing I needed was for them to fish for my veins to draw blood. — They need more staff members there and also a little more experienced wouldn’t hurt. Now I’m traumatized and haven’t gone to go get my blood work yet… :(

Blood draw… yay! Don’t forget– no alcohol for 24 hours, no exercise or food for 12 hours… not even coffee :(Water is OK, which is good, because you may need to do your part for a urine test as well. Seemed less busy at 7:30 am than the location across the street. My doctor’s office failed to inform me that appointments are available at , but it was cool, I was second in line. Adam was friendly, fast and efficient. Recommend!
