great job to this crew! led by a knowledgable manager/​lead Rommel. I’d go here again for an oil change. their prompt and efficient, they’ll keep you updated every step of the way, unlike other places i’ve been to where there’s hidden fees and modification without my knowledge.

I love this location because of the employees! Very consistent and helpful without hassle!

Went here cause the dealership nickel and dime u. Rommel and his staff are very friendly gives you awesome service at a good fair price. I came here today with my Toyota to fix the check light for the oxygen censor and decided to do an oil change as well. Two thumbs up at least here they show u the codes that wrong with your car they are honest and up front about everything. I had a positive experience the first time I went in but today was very sadly disappointed.
I went in 3 months ago and paid for the $ 95 oil change with synthetic oil because they said it would last much longer than $ 39.99 oil change…
Today I took it in because the light when on and they told me that I needed an oil change– and again said I needed the expensive one.
Well, I started asking questions and found out that they could have just filled my oil up and that I didn’t need an oil change– but this was after they already did the oil change… CONVENIENT for them! So I’m already obligated to pay.
Now they tell me that they’re the ones who set my light to go off after 3,000 miles for an oil change– which is why they said I needed another oil changed today. But I drive a mini which doesn’t need to be changed until 10,000 miles.
I really don’t appreciate having to pay an extra $ 80 today (yes, they gave me a $ 15 discount to rectify their mistake!) for NO reason!!!
I won’t be back to this Jiffy Lube! Why can’t I find an honest person that will help me with my car!!!
I really didn’t have an extra $ 80 to waste this month! If they would just have been honest with me… I would have got my oil topped off for free and then returned in a few months for an oil change— WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE!
I really hope these guys learn how to be honest and treat people right. I was mistaken the first time I went in when I thought they were good honest people.

Quick oil change, all the workers are helpful and courteous! I’ve been here several times and have no complaints. They even wipe your windows down and vacuum the inside a little bit. Also they check air filters, battery life, etc which is good bc im never good at knowing what needs to be updated. Would recommend this place and would def come back!

Today was the first bad experience that I ever received at this Jiffy Lube, and I have been getting my vehicles serviced here well over 15 years. The «manager» «Rommel» started off being polite until I asked why did they move my car out of Bay# 2 and proceed to move another vehicle «truck» from Bay #1 into Bay# 2? Here’s the situation: You have three bays from left to right. The 1^st bay had a vehicle being serviced and a truck directly behind it. The 3^rd bay was empty until a vehicle ahead of me pulled in. I then pulled behind a vehicle that was already inside of the 2^nd bay. One of the service guys asked if I was getting my oil changed, and I say, «Yes.» He directed me to the waiting area, then pulled my vehicle forward inside Bay #2. A few minutes later, I see my vehicle is no longer inside Bay#2, so I went outside to see where it was. One of the workers backed my vehicle out of Bay #2, and moved the other vehicle «truck» from Bay #1 inside of Bay #2. I asked why did this happen? Rommel reply was, «First come first served!» Normally this would make sense, but I asked why would you pull my vehicle all the way forward inside of Bay#2 then back it out to put it in another bay? It’s like playing musical chairs with the vehicles! I do believe in first come, first served! I just didn’t appreciate the fact that you would move the vehicles around after pulling them all the way inside of a bay! The truck in Bay #1 should have been first inside of Bay #1, and my vehicle should have remained inside of Bay#2 and serviced after the truck. Rommel got angry after I told him that it wasn’t right to move the vehicles around without asking or explaining the «musical chairs «aspect with the vehicles! Anywhere else would have been, whatever line you drove up to would be the line that you remained in until being next! Rommel then said, «If you don’t like the service, you can leave!» I replied, «I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and your customer service skills need some work!» Rommel said that he didn’t want to work on my vehicle, and I told him then he shouldn’t! Rommel then removed the plastic that was placed inside my vehicle, I asked for my keys and left that location! I drove to the Jiffy Lube on PCH! Their customer service was «OUTSTANDING,» and will become my new service location!

BEWARE! Fast talking sales reps trying to suck away your money for things that aren’t necessary! Came in thinking i was going to get a Simple «10 min» oil change but left with a headache and 45 minutes later.
Only came here because i had a gift card (which they took the balance off and then tried to tell me that there wasn’t any money on the card, AFTER they swiped it for a second time. DUH! there isn’t any money on it YOU already took it off the first time! They said that there was a «computer error» just a bunch of unnecessary nonsense. I dont understand why these oil change shops are so slimy & shady. If i didn’t have the gift card i wouldn’t of even considered going here, But i seen a couple of good reviews so i tried my luck. BAD MISTAKE! I will keep this post updated to see if anything happens to my car, becasue not too long ago Jiffy Lube was caught on camera purposely doing damage to cars so that the person would come back to get it «fixed». In summary, DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you like headaches and paying for things that aren’t needed for your viechile.

Rushed in to get an oil change and was promptly greeted and taken care of. Pedro and his team gave me a great deal along with prompt swift service. Definitely coming here for all my oil needs in the future.

Came in on a Sunday for an oil change and ended up being out in about 30 minutes, on a fairly light day. Fast and very professional staff. Love the fact that they put a plastic cover over my steering wheel to protect it from oils and other dirt. I was even given an additional $ 3 discount on top of the $ 12 I had already had from using the Unilocal app to check in. I will definitely be back.

Here again and Rommel and his staff is on point again. It’s good to have honest genuine people working on your car, it’s even more better that service is consistent.
Highly recommend this Jiffy lube to everyone. They work hard and take time to explain everything.

Customer friendly, clean place, free tea, coffee, water, clean restroom, takes good care of my car. Actually this is my 3^rd time here just forgot to check in the first time. Price is right for the service.

Ask for Hector! Been coming here for years now and wanted to take this moment to kuddos a great man who has made a difference in my vehicle’s life this past experience was exquisite and felt very personal to me. I dropped in on a weekday afternoon. Let Hector know I needed whatever he saw my Honda needed, dropping in to Pollo Loco down the street chowed down my food and came back within 30 minutes and my vehicle was ready to pickup! Time is essential to me and it is something that I value in my personal life and work ethic. Hector went above and beyond the call when he closed my ticket and charged me. In and out in minutes.
I want to note to anyone that this location and 3 drives and on any given day these guys have assertive confident associates who handle the vehicles with care, have a clean restroom, cold water, A/​C waiting area and even coffee to those looking for a pick-​me-​up. Come swing in, and you will not be disappointing.

Well my husband usually takes my car to get an oil change at this location but today was my first day taking it in myself. I must admit that I generally do not like to do this because I always feel that women get taken advantage of when they take their car in for repairs or service. The crew at this Jiffy Lube was so awesome from the moment I walked into the moment I left, they were so nice! Everything was explained to me in detail and shown to me all the new products and old products that were replaced. Very good customer service and deals! I would highly recommend anybody to go here for a fast and costly oil change! Oh and they even cleaned my car and vacuumed it while I waited, which I loved because I never have time to clean my car!

Got right in. They explained everything with no pressure for extras. Car got vacuumed, windows cleaned (my car was dirty) They let me know what else my car needed. Service was fast and friendly.
Could be a lil cleaner.

I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years. Most of the time, everything is fine. On last visit though, they changed cabin filter in my Lexus IS and now there is a jack hammer sound because they broke the fresh air/​recirc door. I brought it back and Hector made the sound go away, but now the sound came back. I brought back car today, but Hector couldn’t fix and manager is not there and it looks like I have to make another trip there. Issue still not resolved.

These guys are the best! Came in on a Saturday, was able to get right in. Everyone was so polite and explained everything, didn’t pressure at all. Johnny gave me the price up front, I’m so glad I chose this place. Plus, I was able to use their promotion they got going on, so $ 25 off my next oil change. Highly recommend this spot!

Have you ever had an unpleasant experience that you know you’re getting ripped off but you don’t have time to deal with BS on pocket change, so you just let it slide? I had that experience with F. Lopez at 1613 Sepulveda Jiffy Lube.
Typical shady mechanics usually back down when I talk price references and practical common sense into them. This Lopez guy, however, was very determined.
Upfront, I communicated clearly that I wanted the same service for the same price as this other Jiffy Lube that I go to, not too far away. My service record is on the system, so any Jiffy Lube locations can retrieve the data. However, Lopez insisted that oil price is much higher so he can’t match the price. Alright. Later, he told me I needed a new air filter. Hmm, I don’t remember exactly when I last replaced it. Oh well, I don’t have time for it later, so ok.
It’s when I checked my receipts and records, I confirmed the rip-​off tallied up to $ 35. $ 12 was for this bogus oil filter upcharge (oh wait didn’t you say it was the oil price that has gone up?); $ 23 was for the air filter I didn’t quite need at the time as it turned out.
