Right on time — great job and can’t beat the price. I have a list of things to do and those not to do, they follow every time. I’m super picky and these folks deliver consistently. Their people are pleasant and incredibly honest — had other services where things went missing. On the rare occasion that there is an issue they address immediately. Very easy to work with and very responsive. Can’t endorse them highly enough.

They arrive on time and are very detailed in cleaning my home property. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Armando and Sandra are excellent. They are honest, pleasant and professional. They really shine up our big old house. Once, we were late getting home and they waited after texting us. Now that we get Armando and Sandra, we wouldn’t want anyone to clean our house but these dynamic duo.
Besides the awesome cleaning crew, Michael at the office is also wonderful. He is helpful, nice and professional. Our inquiries are always answered promptly and satisfactorily.
Before using FW, we had used «mom and pop» companies to save a few bucks. But it was not a good thing. Thus, we decided to try a legit company. I am glad I tried FW. Their price is very reasonable for the first rate service we receive.

Michael, the landlord was content with the $ 504 I sent him as a result of your organization’s cleaning service. In fact he sent me multiple pictures where «inept service» or alleged damage took place. However, he prorated the monthly charge for last month’s rent because he was keeping my security deposit and he knew I only stayed 20 days instead of 31 days. Therefore, receiving a total of $ 1704. My previous monthly rent was $ 1200 and since I did not pay it (because he would not return my security deposit), he went after me for the damages by sending a certified packet with pictures, damage fees, copied to his attorney. After further arguing and haggling with him over the telephone, I agreed to pay him the additional $ 504. All keys were returned to him as well.
As for me, you spoke with my sister today 2÷25÷2016 and not her husband at anytime, you and I had the agreement or contract. and you and I have continued to parlay back and forth of what constitutes a «satisfactory cleaning job» Furthermore, I tried contacting you by phone once again at 1pm CST and you put me on hold and then I was disconnected. When I called back I was then sent to your voicemail in which I left a message and you never returned my call. You expect me to call this good service. This has become a nightmare for me as I have used your service in the past with problem after problem with no satisfaction. I am now going to post this exact e-​mail to you back on Unilocal instead of removing the previous one noting dissatisfaction.
Finally, most notably and without my dispute were two pictures that my landlord took were of the laundry area and kitchen corner where one of the garbage bags left by your cleaning crew leaked. My sister whom you had spoken to has those and others in her possession. To say the least thanks for providing me with a «banged up» job, i/​e. range top, oven, and laundry area filthy and providing me with a «husband/​wife team that left me high and dry locking me out of my apartment while leaving me no completed checklist or receipt. To make matters worse my bank then notifies me that you (by your admission) accidentally placed a recurring charge on my credit card after I left the state of California on December 20.

I have been looking for a few months now to find a cleaning company that can come once per month and help me keep my place on track. Upon calling I was immediately impressed with the level of service I received. I was provided a time frame and a 30-​minute window for arrival. No worries. The crew had an unforseen emergency and were not able to make the appointment as promised. Initially I was quite disappointed because no one reached out the moment they knew they could not arrive during the time scheduled and or offered me an alternative upon calling. HOWEVER, I recceived a message from Michael the next day. He immediately accepted responsibility for the situation and offered me a new appointment and a discount on the services. If his follow up and reply to this situation coupled with the first impression I received is any indication of the level of service the cleaning crew provides… I will be not only a satisfied customer but a loyal one as well. Looking forward to seeing how this ends.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been using this company for more than 3 years without a problem. I’ve had Merry Maids before, also Molly Maids, have tried Handy… Honestly, this company has been the best.

I was suffering from mild depression due to the disarray of my house. My housekeeper of over 20 years refuses to come all the way down to the beach area because it’s too far for her. Since then, I’ve been scouring trying to find honest housekeepers who will also do a good job.
Michael was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive and responsive. He sent Armando and Sandra who did an outstanding job. They came when they said they were going to come. They were so thorough. They brought all the supplies, including a vacuum cleaner. It looks like a new house!

I’m surprised to see all these low reviews for FW Cleaning to be honest. I’ve had a couple of hiccups but none so drastic to warrant a negative review. I’ve been using different cleaning services for over 10 years and this one suits my budget and cleaning needs. I have a two bedroom one bathroom single family home and the crew does a great job for $ 59. I am a very clean and organized person in general but I sometimes need professional help, living with three dogs. That’s where FW comes in — I found them on Craigslist and I love that I can simply email when I need to schedule or reschedule. I get a monthly cleaning and I get a reminder email two days before reminding me when my next appt is. They give you a 30 min window of when they are planning to arrive and the crew always gets there on time. My boyfriend is very very picky as well and this is the first cleaning service where he was impressed. I know that they actually clean as opposed to just «surface cleaning.» I also like that I can just use a credit card, which they have on file, and I get an email reminder of when they are going to charge me as well as an electronic receipt. Masa and Michael have always been very receptive via emails and I have never had anything less than a great cleaning from them.

I have been working with FW cleaning for years. They have wonderful client services and offer a variety of services. I have weekly cleaning and they are wonderful! I also have my carpet cleaned every 6 months and the technicians are polite and good at what they do! I have referred them to many friends.

My 1^st experience with this company was good, the people that came out were clean and detailed but the next few visits were not too good. The young girls that came out were inexperienced and did a poor cleaning job. They also damaged a picture and damaged my bathroom sink but didn’t tell me. It would be great practice if the manager would make calls after the fact to ensure his workers are doing a good job. I guess they don’t care.

Lousy Manipulative Customer Service !!
I only used the company 4 times, 2 times of which they completely eliminated cleaning my visitors bathroom altogether. I used them bi-​weekly.
Within the course of 2 weeks I did not go to the visitors bathroom, when I did check after they cleaned the 4^th time, I saw some wood dust from 2 weeks ago not cleaned. It is a small ½ bathroom.
When I spoke to Michael, who sweet talked me into getting me as a customer, he blamed me it was my fault for not checking and it was my responsibility to stay at home when the cleaners arrive.
The annoying part is, my cleaning was scheduled at 3:30PM so I could be home to check the cleaning as I had some guests arriving, when Michael called in the morning saying they had a cleaning cancellation and whether they could come in the morning. I felt sorry for the cleaners and him and agreed to it and this guy in turn blamed me for not being available at the time of cleaning.
In the end I provided him a service and he completely refused to even want to listen to me and when I begged him to listen to try to get someone to come and clean he CUT THE PHONE LINE !!! When I called again he did not even pick up the phone and then I tried calling the another extension and he still refused to pick up. I have never experienced such customer service.
It was agreed with Michael, for my 2100 sq. ft house it will take 2 people for 2.5 hours to clean. The 3^rd time they cleaned the house, I gave them extra work and hours too. This guy wished to loose me as a customer. He has absolutely no idea what customer service is in the 21^st century… I cannot believe Daily Breeze voted them as the best cleaning company in South Bay. Maybe he made it up when he sweet talked me into becoming a customer. I have stopped picking up the paper over the weekend too.

Unfortunately the management for this company has no idea how to run a business. They send out cleaners at times they’re not scheduled for and then apologize and try to reschedule. If you need to keep a scheduled time this company is not for you.

We needed a one-​time window washing for a large 4 BR, 2BA, 2-​story house we are preparing to sell. There are 25 assorted size windows plus 3 sliding glass doors. It’s an older home (built in 1940) so some of the exterior glazing was in bad shape. A few large windows had individual small panes in a diamond pattern, so the regular quick squeegie method wouldn’t work. If my husband and I were to do this ourselves, I estimate we would spend 9 hours and exhaust ourselves going up/​down tall ladders, so we decided to hire professionals.
That’s exactly what we got with this company (
). I discussed the details with Michael (very helpful and courteous) who quoted a very fair price consistent with my own estimate. The crew of two was to meet us at the house between 9 and9:30 a.m. We arrived at 8:58 and found the crew ready to start work. They brought all their own supplies, but we had told Michael that we had medium size and extension ladders they could use.
Enrique and Gisele did a magnificent job, working just the way we would — one person out on the ladder, the other inside, cleaning one pane at a time. The only difference was that E/​G had a system based on long experience, so they were done in 5.5 hours, not 9, with just a quick break for lunch. They didn’t just wash the glass, they cleaned the dirt in the tracks and around the sills. They took down the screens (old and fragile), vacuumed them, and reset them. The windows sparkled and no exterior glazing was damaged. We thought we were paying just for glass cleaning, but E/​G went the extra mile to clean the whole window in each case. They are very thorough, hard working, respectful, and personable.

I saw them on Craigslist and needed the place cleaned. Price was cheap and figured why not give them a try. Wow! The team was awesome! They were very detailed and I like the paying by credit card because it’s 2015… Everything is done with credit cards. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

I have been a client of this company for the last 3 years and have found them to be very professional. Any concerns I have had were quickly remedied to my complete satisfaction and there have not been many. The crew does a good job for a great price.

To start, the first time I used FW cleaning service, I was very happy with the cleaning. Although it was not perfect, for $ 89 dollars, it was tough to beat. The second time I used the service, I was disappointed. The crew they sent out was not great but wasn’t bad either. That said, they were an hour late and only gave me 10 minutes notice prior to the start time.
As a result of the tardiness, Michael and I exchanged emails. Although we did not discuss over the phone, we were able to resolve the issue and he provided me with a partial refund. He was apologetic and also created notes into my account so they wouldn’t send that particular team to my apartment again.
I do not use them on a consistent basis but will use them again to do a seasonal clean. They provide a good service for the price.

I haven’t had a real problem with them since we’ve been using them (last 4 – 5 months). For the price it’s great, keeps me and the lady away from having to clean after a long work week. I’ve left jewelry, watches, money and guns out and none of them have been touched. They come while we’re at work and take care of everything we need. If there has been any scheduling conflict (on my mind) Masa has taken care of it no problem. If you’re crying about little streaks on your floor or your mirror, maybe you should do it yourself. Have/​Would recommend.

I would give them a MINUS 0 if I could. This has to be the WORST cleaning service I have the experience to encounter. They sent over a husband and wife team to my apartment to provide services. I paid for a 4 hour deep cleaning team to provide cleaning service for a two bedroom apartment with one bath. The woman took over an hour to clean a bathroom that is your basic size. I caught her twice fixing her hair in the bathroom mirror. Additionally, she broke my porcelain toilet brush holder and managed to dislodge my shower doors from its track. She then proceeded to rinse the walls off with a 32 oz size cup of water. The floors were bone dry, but yet insisted that she used her wet mop to clean the floors. Whilst all this was occuring her husband was in my living room dusting off my furnishings. I gave him an E for effort. But, had to remind him to vacuum the rugs in addition to the carpet.
The company has no one in the office on weekends to take complaints or address concerns. In the two hours they managed to dust my living room furniture, clean the kitchen floor and wipe the stove, which I don’t use. I reached out to management on Monday to have them say they will call me back by 1:00 p.m. It is NOW after 6:00 pm and I am still awaiting the call. AGAIN, I cannot stress how UNPROFESSIONAL & LAZY this company is. They are absolutely the WORST!!! I would not have them come into my home if they offered free cleaning service for a month. They stand by their satisfaction guarantee… If you believe that I have a plot of land on Mars to sell you for $ 89.00, which is what I paid for my lack of service.

After a pleasant customer service experience setting up the appointment (albeit over two weeks of missed calls back and forth), I was looking forward to my cleaning services. The nice gent on the phone had explained their prices; it seemed so reasonable that I promised I’d commit if I liked their services. Well, oh well…
I had a coupon from Living Social for two people over 3 hours. I just KNEW my house would be clean after this. Well, In the amount of time they used (which I will not say was the full three hours), the lady focused on the kitchen only (not even the pantry!), while the guy focused on the three bathrooms. While it seems that he did most of his job (missed completely cleaning the countertops or «good» mopping), she definitely half-a**ed it. Dishes were half washed, countertops weren’t cleaned, floor didn’t sparkle. What, oh what, did they do in the 2. something hours they were here? Too frustrated to tell them to go back and finish, I just determined not to use them again.
