Fire Paradise

I was referred to Gerry by a friend. I had him come out a repair gas log fireplace. He made some great recommendations and now my gas fired fireplace is working better than ever. He also did a complete refurbishing and cleaning of my BBQ. He did a great job and it looks brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerry. He arrives on time and does a great job.

Gerry is THE MAN!
I have a Grand Turbo that had half the burners didn’t work, and the igniter had to be replaced.
He had all the parts he needed to get all 5 burners «cooking»!
It was cleaned up where it performed & looked like new.
For all you other BBQ users out there, you really need to have him give you a tune up every other year to keep your grill in shape.
It was the best money I’ve spent having Gerry come out!
Next time I have him come over, I’m going to take before and after pictures to post too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Although Gerry came through a reputable source, he did not show up for the appointment. We confirmed our appointment the friday before, and after taking the day off from work to wait for him, he was a no show. I got him on the phone finally, but he had excuse after excuse: my address didn’t exist, gps didn’t work, he couldn’t find parking… then he was too far away to come back. I’m so tired of irresponsible people who do not have the courtesy or respect to do their job properly, and the inability and sophistication to respect others time. A big thumbs down, Gerry.

This was a great experience! I have an old Grand turbo BBQ that I needed to convert to propane. He spent 2hr or more plus all the parts… he also gave me an igniter to replace my busted one! He spent a lot of time explaining the repair to me and was humble and patient. If you need a great service/​tech for all you fire & bequest needs look no further!!! I will be using this dude in the future and so will my friends and family, he’s the BEST!

Gerardo (Gerry) showed up right on time. He was extremely hard working and honest. He spent hours working on my BBQ grill in very hot weather! The grill looks brand new. He came ahead of time to give an estimate and then returned a few days later to do the job. He is very professional and just a very nice person. We can’t believe how beautiful our grill looks. His prices are very competitive and reasonable. Check out the photos. I wish I had before pictures. Let’s just say the grill is 5 years old and has seen a lot of abuse over the years :(Thank you Gerardo, you have earned a loyal customer and I will be sure to share your business cards with my neighbors.

I wish i had something better to say about Fire Paradise. The transaction started out great. he was prompt and knowledgable about the grill. It need a few parts. and he was off to order and get back to me in a week or so. I called and was notified that the parts were on back order but assured me that they would be in within the next week.
Two more weeks went by. I called again. Same answer. Now I’m frustrated that we weren’t getting anywhere. so i asked if he had looked elsewhere for this part. No he said. this is the only place to get it. To which i found hard to believe. I asked for the part number and/​or grill number so that i could look it up myself. He didn’t have them. and wasn’t interested in giving them to me. I hung up. and not determined to find these parts. I found the grill number off my grill. found the part i needed. and then searched. to which i found and will have next week.
I find the lack of follow through and customer service lacking and his ability to research and find what you need in a timely manner to be missing from what started to be an enjoyable experience.

Gerarado is great, comes on time knows everything, goes the extra mile. If you have BBQ problems do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I hired Fire Paradise to come out to repair our 10 year old grill. I knew one of the valves was not working at all and the grill was not heating up any longer. Gerry, the owner, was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable about grills. He was very thorough and took about 2 hours to repair and inspect our grill. I knew I was in good hands. His prices are very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a grill repair.

Gerry is the best.
As anyone with a home knows, finding a good contractor who not only is reasonably priced BUT CAN COMMUNICATE RELIABLY is near impossible.
But Gerry can do both those things, which already puts him in the top 1% of people you’d want working on things at your home.
He replaced a bbq for me in Long Beach, and I’m now going to ask him tune up an old one at my new place.

Gerardo of Fire Paradise provides outstanding service and is exteremely knowledgeable. We required major repairs of our built-​in barbecue. Gerardo provided a detail cost breakdown. The distributor was late in sending the necessary parts and we confronted having many guests to a barbecue without a functioning barbecue. Gerardo put himself on call for us and told us that when we got the parts, he would come over and put them in no matter how late in the day. He was true to his word and the barbecue was a tremendous success thanks to his incredible customer support and impressive expertise.

Gerry is a really cool, very professional and honest guy that knows his stuff. We called him for our built in patio heaters and bbq grill. I’m so thankful we called him. If you want your barbeque repaired or cleaned, don’t look anywhere else. Fire Paradise (Gerry) does a wonderful job of cleaning and repairing if needed. Located in the South Bay, he repaired a starter mechanism and replaced needed ignitors for my 14 year old Viking BBQ. After cleaning the inside and outsides you can’t tell if it was a new Viking BBQ. I replaced some old parts with OEM Viking parts and i’m ready to go another 14 years. It is hard to find a service like he provides. Reliable and honest businessman and work comes with limited guarantee. You have to try his service!

It started with the confirmation call a day prior, transparency RE work required and pricing, the end result (BBQ looks stunning and is working perfectly), the interaction with Gerry (he is a pleasure to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about his job) to the very, very reasonable price he charges.

I learned about (Gerry) Fire Paradise from the clerk at BBQ’s Galore in Torrance. I couldn’t be happier with Gerry! He recently worked on my built in grill and did a fantastic job! The grill was over 3 years old and needed a lot of help! Gerry got it running and looking like new. In addition, he did some additions to the built-​in construction. So, not only does Fire Paradise fix the grill itself, they also fix everything around it. His additions are keeping my island cleaner and more useful. His prices were very reasonable considering the time, effort and work involved.

We contracted Gerry to come out to the estate to repair and clean both our Viking patio bar grill and our chef’s large Barbeque’s Galore large grill. In addition, he converted the chef’s grill from propane to natural gas. He was punctual and arrived at the time he said he would, was extremely professional and courteous. He spent roughly a day on each of the grills — making all necessary repairs, requested modifications and cleaning each grill to where it looked showroom new. He amazed us with the finished product.
When it came time for the bill, he amazed us again. It was easily a fraction of what we had expected to pay! What a bargain!
Gerry does excellent work and a very very reasonable price.

If you are looking for the best BBQ cleaner! Fire Paradise is your company. I had them services two of my BBQ’s before the grilling seasons started. One is a full island and it wasn’t working properly, Jerry came out and clean it up so nicely. GREAT work! The second BBQ is a small gas one –we had it for 6 years and it was in need of some serious servicing. I couldn’t find anyone to do this and then I found these guys. They are really professional and I have put myself on a maintenance program with them. The maintenance program is about scheduling yourself in advance. It’s a great little perk they offer. They come out twice in the summer –once before the summer starts and once after is over.
Thanks Guys– glad I found you so I don’t have to spend hours cleaning a BBQ!!!
