Miles and Elite Air did an outstanding job installing a whole house fan and full AC, including Duct work in my home. Very clean and professional, good value. All permitting and testing was done without a hitch. I particularly appreciate that Miles stands behind his work and is only a phone call away with any questions or concerns.

Elite Air has done a couple of big jobs for my house in the past 2 years– one was a complete reducting of the house with the addition of dual zones, and the other was to add a new AC system, mounted to the roof. The first job went through without a snag, but the AC unit turned out to be a bigger deal than either of us suspected, and extended well beyond the estimate (not all his fault, as the city had something to do with it). However Miles stuck with the project and delivered in a professional manner. His communication was excellent and he is always very courteous. His crew is very professional, hard working, friendly, and clean up afterwards. Miles was recommended to me by a coworker, who is also very picky about recommending folks. I am confident that if I ever have a problem in the future Miles and the gang will show up whenever needed.

After talking to a few HVAC companies that install equipment that gets inferior ratings on Consumer Reports, we decided to find someone that would install highly-​rated American Standard equipment. Their website listed Miles as an approved contractor, and his Unilocal reviews were excellent, so we decided to ask him to bid. We are so glad we did! Miles and his team just installed a new heater and air conditioner in our house and they work great. Miles is very thorough, considerate and honest, and the installers who work with him are, too. They were great at communicating when they’d be coming/​going, and always cleaned up well when they left. Miles did a great job of coordinating our inspections and permitting, too. We plan to hire him to move our hot water heater to the outside of our house when we’re ready. We highly recommend Elite Air!!!

My family has used Elite Air since before it changed its name, for some 10 years now when Miles and Greg were the only ones running the company. Miles is fantastic about scheduling appointments and seeing that they are carried out on time and to the fulfillment of the customer’s wishes and Greg is excellent at service as are their additional employees now. I highly recommend this company if you want excellent heating and air conditioning installation and service & they track you to remind you when you need service such as filter changes, etc. and they are uniquely qualified for commercial and residential work second to none.

Miles and Greg, the owners are excellent at their jobs — Miles runs the installations and Greg runs the service department. I’ve met many heating and air conditioning service companies since I’m in the property management business. Miles is the BEST in installation of air conditioning and heating. He even makes a instruction book to make sure that all the manuals are in one safe place so that you can refer to it. Of course, always register your heating and air conditioning units online. My heating furnace was recalled and I never got an notice because the other installer never told me to register it online. So I had to replace the re-​called unit and pay for the entire expensive new unit while also installing a new Air Conditioning unit. Miles is very particular and noticed that my last installers did not put up the appropriate covers for my vents which wall and ceiling vent covers should be different types. They are very business with commercial accounts so you may have to wait, but they are honest and do good work.
