The neighborhood liquor store, I’ve stopped by here on and off to buy drinks for house parties. The place is pretty well stocked will all kinds of soft drinks and alcohol. They have plenty of magazines and other types of reading material too. The staff has been pretty friendly with me, and I usually find what I need here spur of the moment. It makes for a good pit stop for booze, snacks, and calling cards to call relatives south of the border and across the sea.

Came here because I was driving all around town looking for my favorite beer and nobody had it in stock. Owner was very helpful said he could place an order in just for me. Great prices and deals. Highly recommend coming here.

used to come here all the time after school was out. that was during middle school, I went there at least 2 to 3 times a week for snacks. now though, it seems sketchy for some reason. I haven’t been in there since 8th grade and I live right down the street. I’ve seen their sighs been destroyed multiple times. guess I’m too scared to go inside there now: P I guess if you want a quick snack you can go here.

Not much to say about a liquor store… it pretty much serves its purpose. I have been going to Eddie’s for about 12 years and I’ve seen it go through a lot of owners. Some have been shot, some stabbed but that was years ago. It is under new management again and they have made some upgrades to their signs and parking lot.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could! It’s about a block from my house, so shortly after moving in I walked over there to get a bottle of chardonnay. Bad idea! When I got home and opened the wine it turned a darker color when the air hit it and it tasted like a mix of vinegar and bad apple cider. I had never encountered a bottle of truly spoiled wine like that before. I quickly walked back over there to swap it out and the guy working had the nerve to try and say no. He didn’t believe me that it was bad, but refused to even smell or taste it. He acted like I was trying to scam him or something and kept saying I’d have to come back the next day and talk to the owner, ridiculous! Finally, I was able to convince him to let me switch it out for an identical bottle. Believe it or not, the second bottle was just as bad! I knew better than to go back to that guy again, so I waited until the next day to see the«owner» to try and get a refund. Well, that didn’t work out so well either. That guy claimed he wasn’t the owner, but I think he really was. He told me that sense I didn’t have the receipt that I would have to come back that night to ask the man I bought it from for a refund, yea right, like that was going to happen. He actually said«how do I know you bought it here?». Well let’s see, I had their bag and their price tag on the bottle, but that wasn’t good enough. He also didn’t believe the wine was spoiled and acted like I was trying to scam him just like the other guy. I finally gave up and just left his«wine» on the counter. Absolutely pathetic. Sucks for them, because my husband drinks a lot of beer and with us living so close they could have a had a regular customer in him. Instead, we’ve completely boycotted this place and we tell all our friends that come over not to stop there under any circumstances. Their prices are terrible anyway.

ONEDOLLARTOUSE A CREDITCARD! ON A TWODOLLARPURCHASE. The guy could’ve told me when he asked debt or credit and I said I didn’t care. Yeah, I’m not coming back here.

I went to Eddie’s every single day after school when I was in middle school. My brother went to the elementary down the street so I would walk there to get picked up by my mom. Eddie’s was a pit stop for all the kids walking home. A couple candies, some chips, sodas… luckily no cigarettes or booze. The clerk was always patient as all the kids struggled to scrounge up their one dollar bills and coins for treats.
