This is customer service at it’s best. We have been using this service, three times a week (we have two large dogs) for several months now. Neil is friendly, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior, so he knows instinctively that there may be places in your yard that you might not think to look for your dog’s doody. He also offers products to keep your yard odor free, and deterrents to keep your dogs away from spots in your yard that you don’t want them doing business.
The service is extremely affordable and very flexible to meet the needs of their clients. I highly recommend Doody Dude.

I should have signed up years ago! They are dependable and the best prices around (I did my research). They offer cleaning concrete surfaces as well and work with you re: scheduling.
For signing up — I called and didn’t get a response, so I sent an email. Then I got a call back immediately. I like that I can pay my invoice online with a credit card (and not even Paypal, just a credit card).
I have been a customer just since this summer and so far no complaints — they are fast, thorough and reliable.
