Established in 1993.

Dr. Cecilia Lontoc has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry at the same «Old Torrance» location for over 20 years now. From simple cleanings to full mouth reconstructions Dr. Cecilia Lontoc can do it all. Through the years she has successfully taken and completed cases that other dentists have either refused to take or could not take because of the difficulty level. This is a one stop shop for all your dental needs. For the kids she has the «Rockstar Kids Cavity Buster Club» that rewards kids for good dental hygiene such as no cavities and even good grades on report cards.

Dr. Cecilia Lontoc began her dental career working for a prominent Beverly Hills dentist… giving the star treatment to the rich and famous (and she has a few pictures to prove it). Ultimately however her skill and talent as a general and cosmetic dentist could not be contained and she branched out on her own… where she has been giving Torrance and South Bay residents the star treatment ever since.

Dr. Lontoc has been my dentist for at least the last 10 years and she and her staff go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
The front desk team takes incredible pride in treating each patient with great care. You’ll never feel like just another customer. They take great pride in knowing all their patients well.
All the hygienists are great and Nicole in particular really does a fantastic job. I have incredibly sensitive gums and she takes extra steps to make sure that cleanings are as comfortable as possible.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lontoc and team for their incredible customer service and catering to individuals who have anxiety about going to the dentist.

The staff, hygienists, Dr. Phan and Dr. Lontoc are awesome. The warm and friendly environment actually make going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. I especially appreciate their Saturday hours since I work long hours during the week. My 2 daughters are now patients too. I highly recommend this dentist office

Initially went to get my tooth filled because one of it came out due to another’s careless job and met dr lontoc who was very nice and welcoming. As I left the staff was warm and kind. Dr lontoc did a great job in repairing my filling and making me feel comfortable and assured that I was in great hands. My visit was painless and quick. I would totally recommend tooth mama, dr lontoc to anyone who’s looking for new dentist.

I hate coming to the dentist for anything, just thinking about the dentist I get nervous. I came to Dr. Lontoc’s office after reading all the great reviews on Unilocal and decided to book my teeth cleaning here. Best decision I ever made! Walking up to the office I was nervous and uncomfortable but as soon as I entered I was greeted with friendly smiles and felt welcomed. I wish I was able to get the name of the dentist who cleaned my teeth because she was amazing! I told her I was nervous because I had a bad experience with the dentist when I was younger. To make me feel comfortable and not so nervous she explained to me what she will be doing and what tools she will be using, she gave me breaks in between and never made me feel rushed (they were closing in 40 minutes when I arrived). I can say because of her the teeth cleaning wasn’t so bad! I’m looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned again with Dr. Lontoc and her amazing staff! So happy I found my new dentist!

I can honestly say that my first ever visit at Dr. Lontoc’s office has been the most pleasant, efficient and friendliest experience I’ve had at any dentist office.
This was my first visit as a new patient and I found the new patient application to be very easy. Also, the staff was very friendly and professional.
I have another appointment within the same week (yep, they were able to set up a return appointmebt within the same week!) and I am not dreading the thought of the visit at all.

First time at Lontoc Dentistry for me this weekend. I was impressed with their friendly and efficient customer service throughout the visit as well as the professionalism and effectiveness of the dental work (exam and cleaning). Clean, efficient, and high tech. I LOVE the fact that they did not hand me a clipboard of forms. In today’s computerized world, they have gone computerized to the point of web access and/​or entering the data yourself on a computer in the office. Well done! Digital x rays and fiber optic cameras to see your own teeth — they’ve got all the toys. :) Coupling this with excellent customer service is a win-​win. I’ve found MY dentist.

My family and I have returned 3 more times since my last review. I have changed my rating accordingly for Dr. Lontoc’s office as I previously mentioned because they have earned it.
Dr. Lontoc called and apologized for my last visit with my daughter. She explained that they were short staffed due to a sick call and it took them 2 hours that day to catch up to all their appointments. I really appreciated her genuine approach, it made me feel more confident in returning that following weekend. When we returned, my daughter was seen at her appointment time and her visit was completed with no hassle. It really hurts a business when there are last minute sick calls but communication is vital especially when dealing with patients. This office can really thrive if they keep it up with great communication.
Overall, the team does well with reminders for upcoming appointments and setting you up for future appointments. Dentists and hygienists do an excellent job with all their dental work. They work really well with children. My daughter was put to ease and because of their patience and kindness she has no fear of going to see the dentist.
Thanks, Dr. Lontoc and staff! We will continue to return.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but the staff here always makes me feel at home and puts me at ease.
i have been here a few times now for regular cleaning and for cavities, and let me tell you that your in good hands when you come here for any service. For my cavities it was painless and they even have a TV to distract you from procedure. I don’t think there is a better dentist in all of Torrance. I highly recommend trying out the skilled dentists and friendly staff here!

Dr. Lontoc is seriously amazing! Not only are her prices extremely reasonable, her office goes out of their way to find ways to help you pay for your visits or discount them.
When I didn’t have insurance I called around to every dental office asking for the cash price for a cleaning, everywhere I called was upwards of $ 200 or more! I was shocked! When I finally found out about Dr. Lontoc though a friend I found her prices to be more than reasonable.
I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to making a visit to the dentist a good experience. They are all super friendly, and never make you feel bad for having something that needs to be fixed!
I recommend her to my friends and family!

Anxiously awaiting a root canal in the waiting room. This is only my second time here, and already, I feel like I’ve found my new dentist. Called on Saturday because of extreme tooth pain, and they were able to fit me in, check my insurance (yes, on a Saturday!) Gysell is awesome. I wasn’t able to get anything done; she gave me antibiotics to take for a few days to allow for the infection to go down a bit, and some pain meds to let me deal with the pain for these past three days. The staff here is all so friendly.

I honestly hated coming to the dentist. From the drilling to the cleaning, hated doing it. But since I started seeing Dr. Lontoc and her staff, my experience couldn’t have gotten any better. I have recommend her to a lot of friends and family and they are all really pleased with the service and the staff.
If I could make a short list of the reasons why I come here it would be the service first then the dental work.
Everyone that works here always has an amazing smile on and very very positive attitude. Makes me just want to hang out in the waiting room just to talk to the staff.
If you want to be treated like a human and leave with an amazing smile. This is the place to go.

I took my 2 and 3 year old in for their very first Dental visit. I could not have asked for a more friendly and attentive Dental Team. Dr. Lontoc and her staff made a very positive impression for the children.
This was my first time at Dr. Lontoc’s office too. I have had pretty bad experiences with the Dentist in the past. So, for me to say that this was the best experience I have ever had at the Dentist, it is saying a lot! Dr. Lontoc and her team were great! Kathy, the Dental Hygienist did a wonderful job with my cleaning, she was thorough and extremely informative. This made my conversation/​examination with Dr. Lontoc brief, but I did not mind since she was tending to my little ones in the next room. Dr. Lontoc is the best!
I also was surprised, upon checking out and scheduling our next visit, the staff presented us with a thank you card and gift certificates. AND, we got a follow-​up call the next business day from the team just to see how we were doing. Who does that?! These guys are awesome!

Dr. Cecilia Lontoc’s was just completely incredible in the way she got my son’s trust. My son is a 3 year old boy, and I was expecting him to get completely out of control today, but she is incredibly patient with kids. She takes the time to break them in, and by the time we were done my boy even gave her a hug.
I definitely recommend her 120%. Plus, she even takes Delta Dental PPO, although she is Delta Dental Premium quality. I’m glad I took the time to look around on Unilocal for a good dentist. I’m very happy with her.

Additional stuff:
I had two root canals done at a different place and was traumatized. I remember it being cold, painful and long. This is why I avoided going to the dentist for so long!
But Dr. Lontoc’s office took so much care and treated me like a valuable human being instead of just another patient.
On the chair, the dental assistant rubbed my forehead which helped calm me down during the procedure. Dr. Pham was really informative, skilled and most important, quick.
The staff are just lovely as well. When you walk in, it’s like being welcomed by close friends, even though this was my second time coming in!
I’m so inspired to come to this dental office and work together to maintain my dental hygiene.
Who’s scared of the dentistry?
Certainly not me anymore!
