I just wanted to say when my 800.00 coffee machine broke on me and wasn’t replaceable, I thought I was out of luck. I came in and spoke to Elizabeth, as well as Tina and Debra, and they took great care of me and returned the price of the machine to me with no questions asked! Great service and people thanks again!

I had bought an espresso machine about nine months ago at bed bath and beyond. It started giving me problems and I took it back and that you mediately changed it for me. The customers Service was fantastic and I also used a 20% discount with my coupon. I will highly recommend this bed bath and beyond location.

Can’t believe the worst customer service! Waited for someone to bring the product up to me for about 15 minutes… Then the product was just sitting there asked the clerk kept on taking other customers. Then someone else exchanged it but didn’t realize I had a gift receipt I put it back onto the credit card from the person who gave me the gift. And yes again I had a gift receipt.

First time at this store and wow! First BBB that I have ever been to that has beauty products and cosmetics, even organic and natural products too! And even better is that you can use your coupons here! Cashier was very pleasant. Would be nice if every BBB carried these items!

If there’s one word to describe this place it’s CLUTTERED. Walking into this store is liking walking into someone’s closet. The aisles are narrow and tight and there are items on display in the middle of the aisle making it even more difficult to walk or maneuver with a shopping cart. There is literally stuff everywhere and it’s not exactly clear how everything is organized. In addition, the check out lines are very poorly located so that the lines run into areas where merchandise is being sold making it a very confusing and unpleasant check out process and frustrating for those try to shop for products in the same area.
As far as actual products sold, the store has a wide variety from cookware to bedding to hair accessories. Prices are not always the cheapest but they often send coupons that you can use to get discounts.

I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond today to pick up an online order and do a little shopping. First, I would like to say all the employees were very helpful and friendly. But apparently, they were preparing for their physical inventory later in the month. So they had extra people working the floor preparing the shelves, etc. Well, these people were in front of the shelves; so, it made it impossible to purchase anything from that area. Not to mention, most of the shelves were empty because they were being cleaned.
I understand these tasks need to be performed; but, how about before or after hours? Customers should not have to feel like we’re in the way. After all, I’m trying to spend money in your store!

This location SUCKS… the tight ass parking lot sucks. The lack of merchandise SUCKS. The long line with one cashier SUCKS.

I am never going back here. I indeed hope one this store closes down. The headquarters of this chain should really look into staff training or customer service training.
First of all, they change the price of their items in the system before you take down the tags on the shelve.
So, the customer shops off of the price posts that is on the shelve. But when you get to the cashier, the price in their system is not the same anymore because they have no internal managements. They seriously got internal issues. Not only that but if you tell the cashier that the price is not what it saids on the shelve, she will sigh and say ‘do you want it to get price checked? I think you saw the wrong price” and she will start making faces and starts laughing with the next customer in line. I said ‘how is it the customer’s fault when you guys post the wrong pricing?’ She stood there and laughed.
Then the price check lady comes back and said ‘I will give it to you for the cheaper price, I will give it to you this time’ whatta fuck is that mean?
Am I supposed to feel special and feel thankful because I got the price they posted and they they messed up but they are still giving it to me for the falsely advertised price. Really? No, I apologize for the internal error and for making you wait?
Then she tells me, ‘first of all, you need to come over this side to sign and show me your ID and your credit card.’ Are you fuckin serious?
I went to the customer service desk to ask for manager to talk to about their whole service issues but the manager was too busy. Then the customer service supervisor comes and takes my complain and tells me that she will talk to them. Yea ok. I’m sure you will.
Never ever going back there for sure.
Rather pay 10times more for the item and not deal with these losers.

I really like the store I can always find what I need. However I hate checking out! There is never enough people at the check out. Do not come here if you are in a hurry the wait will kill you. It reminds me of being at WallMart. I just don’t understand why they only have one person. The line wraps around near the cosmetic section. Hopefully someday soon they fix this problem. I don’t recommend this location to friends and family.

Take yourself to a better BBB. Most of the employees were rude and not helpful. I asked them to hold my cart for 20 mins while I grabbed cash because something was wrong with my account. I had spent 2 hours finding all of the correct pillow sizes and the sheets, about to drop $ 500 but when I returned, the man who put my cart away was 100% dodging me. I had to chase him around the store for him to check in thy back for a cart I’m pretty sure he returned the items Himself, but pretended to be surprised. I may not be a rich middle age woman but he was foolish to think I wasn’t going to spend good money here, and to think I wouldn’t leave a review. This is my first negative review. Congratulations bed bath and beyond. On my way to any competitor in a 5 mile radius. Never coming back

Don’t bother coming to this store for any customer service. The «man» guy Keith won’t even bother to make his way to the front. With all the coupons and online deals, they should treat customers who actually take the time to walk into the store to buy. I will make sure people shop elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service.
My card was charged twice for an order I placed for curtains. I then called the next day to let them know and was placed on hold 5 different times within this hour long process of getting a manager on the phone. Finally I hung up, and drove the 30 mins to the store, waited another 20 mins for a manager, and only got an assistant manager who proceeded to tell me that they sometimes do a double charge and that it was no big deal. That is should drop off within 24 hrs. Guess what… it didn’t.
Now I am on hold again… waiting for a manager… count on my phone says 10 mins… now. They answered the hold line, said how can I help you, I said I’m holding for the manager, and she said ok, hold on… and the hold music started right back up again…
This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of those stores of necessity. They have all of that kind of STUFF that you know you can find there. Whether it is linens, curtains, bath towels, appliances, mirrors, fans, trash cans, vacuums, racks, coat-​hangers, and now even lotions and shampoo — if you need it, they will have it.
This Bed Bath & Beyond has large parking lots in both the front and the back of the store. The front parking lot is always a mess, however. It is one of those crowded, with crazy, rude, and unthinking driver parking lots where you really need to stay on your toes. But, this is So Cal. so you have deal with it. I suggest parking in the rear lot if you can find a spot. It is a lot more calm back there.
This is a two-​story Bed Bath & Beyond and it is well organized. If you need help finding something the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The one thing about the interior of this store that is kind of strange, however, is where they located their crash registers. They are very close to an inside wall where they have also placed tons of items. So, once you pay, you have to squeeze you way down the isle and if there is people looking at the item on that wall it makes it even more of a squeeze. Just a warning…
Overall, good shop with good stuff.

Wanna spend your life in line waiting while the clerks figure out how to ring someone up, enter their info, call a supervisor who knows even less or generally just waste your time? Then go to Bed Bath & Beyond!
Don’t give a shit how many coupons they send out, not wasting my time in their horribly run stores any longer. I’d rather save an hour than a dollar.

Even the weekend before Christmas Bed Bath and Beyond is organized, well stocked and the employees are as nice and helpful as can be — that says a lot about this location. I have been shopping here for years. The bargains are just too good to resist and the quality of the items they sell are top notch, especially anything made by Simple Human.
I have also never had a problem with returns or exchanges. All they require is the product and the receipt and in less than a few minutes you’re back to shopping.
I also love their seasonal items. They have a rotating display section near the front entrance that is currently decked out for the holidays. Other times during the year they have BBQ displays for the summer or even pool accessories.
Can’t wait to shop again soon, don’t forget your coupons. They take them even if they are expired!

The exciting bit is that this is two Floors worth of shopping with cool escalators for your shopping cart. Nothing to write home about either. Also, the coupons for this store never expire… Use those old 20% off coupons you have at home… They still work.

I was here for a fish grilling basket for the bbq and they did not have any :(
I did however find some other great items that I wasn’t necessarily looking for.
The store is clean and organized and the customer service was great.

This place is a disaster. First time in here started off all dandy as we strolled in and this guy asked us if he could help us find anything and he promptly directed us to the general location… he was three aisles off but at least he tried: P
All downhill after that. We try to go check out but then there’s only one line open when the line already has five or so people in it and one lady has a full on cart… like stuffed to the brim like she’s freaking grocery shopping. Who buys that much stuff here?! hahaaaa. The returns line starts then starts getting backed up too cause people start to tire of the one register that isn’t moving. As we wait, a blaring siren (think loud-​ass fire alarm type of ringing) starts to go off. For the next 15 – 20 min we stand there as it continues to go off and nobody seems to be looking into what’s going on. We finally escape from the headache forming disaster inside and they still haven’t resolved whatever was going on. WTH.
BBB will always have a great selection but I don’t know what was going on w this store the one time I happen to be there… simply not good.

They reorganized the store since my last trip so I had a little trouble looking for some items, which was a good thing… I was only here to buy a new set of utensils. My current set does not appear to be available & ended up a «bamboo» design (complements my Oneida «special occasion» utensils). I managed to get out without spending more than what I intended. =)
While I was wandering around, I noticed a staff member (who covered a wide area) asking customers if they require assistance. I always liked this store because of the customer service & their product recommendations. And a MAJOR plus, they always accept multiple coupons, even the expired ones… which is usually why I deviate from my list.

Its been years since I last set foot in this store, so I truly forgot how HUGE this place was. I came in here for a specific item (a tray for breakfast in bed) but I had no idea where to even start looking. So I asked the nearest employee for help and he directed me straight to the department I needed! (It was only a quick trip up the escalator with the bedding, duh haha)
They had lots of breakfast trays in stock, so I grabbed one and went downstairs to the register. I had a 20% off coupon in my email on my phone, but it wasn’t loading. So I asked the girl at the register if she could give me the discount without it. Unfortunately, she couldn’t, but she told me if I got the coupon to work and brought back my receipt with it, she could give me the discount and I would get money back! I thought that was really cool, so I went home and printed the coupon and came back the next day. I ended up getting about $ 6 back, which was great!
Such a nice experience at Bed Bath and Beyond! I will definitely come back here when I have more time to browse and look around.
