Beach Cities Women Cyclists is the fastest growing all women’s cycling club in the Los Angeles County. We have rides for every level of rider. All shapes and sizes welcome and no rider is ever dropped from a ride.

BCWC’s mission is to encourage women to bicycle as a recreation and a sport, to expand women’s cycling in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties, and to encourage the safety and education of women cyclists.

Beach Cities Women Cyclist is a non-​profit organization. We provide fun organized rides throughout the year.

History

Established in 2012.

BCWC’s Mission:

To encourage women of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to get out and ride their bicycles;

To provide a safe and nurturing environment of like minded women bicyclists;

To teach and instill bicycle handling skills, safe cycling and road etiquette; and

To teach self sufficiency regarding the mechanics/​maintenance of bicycles.
